But they kinda tossed that mechanic out for a while so the tie in characters from other medias as well some of the more recent characters don't get a skin change at all and brought it back for the Rock Black Adam being the first character in quite a while to get a skin change as well as the first tie in character to have skin changes. Don't think it stuck though as I'm pretty sure Robin King doesn't have one.

Man I've put HUNDREDS of hours into the first Injustice mobile game lmao. The game has a lot of depth when you play to the point where you can get gold cards and higher ranked gears. It's a lot of fun building up different teams with passives that complement each other.

Injustice mobile is the best mobile game. After I was able to afford a PC, I bought the PC version but returned it after finding that there is no 3X3 duel in PC version. Injustice 2 was dog shit.
One of the strangest decisions in Injustice 2 was making Darkseid a DLC character. You would expect him to be the final boss in a future Injustice game but he got relegated to DLC character. What does it say about the future of these games that they never saw a character like Darkseid of all people as a final boss.
What's funny to me is in the comics Darkseid had a hand in Injustice 1's prequel comic, and Doomsday had a hand in Injustice 2's prequel comic... but Doomsy was in the 1st game and Darkseid was in the 2nd lol
Also,the voice cast. PERFECTION. I mean,they got most of the same guys that voiced these characters in the Justice League animated series. So,the characters felt very authentic IMO. They didn't get Clancy Brown & Maria Canals-Barrera for Lex Luthor & Hawkgirl in the first game tho. Which is super jarring.
I love Injustice I especially love the customization in Injustice 2. Like holy crap the amount of freedom you have to make your character look how you want is insane and i appreciate it so much.

@@NellCtr what? That's super inaccurate. Loot is random and not even always for the character you're using, you never know if you will get the piece of the set you are looking for, and there are so many sets. There's no way to get all of it in an hour. I'm not sure what you're talking about tbh

I’d give the first mobile tie in another try. Looks like you only managed to get bronze characters. It’s actually extremely easy to get characters without spending money and has online tourneys, but the main way to play it is more of an RPG through team building and actually has a larger community than the second game and is overall seen as a better game.

As he said, you'll need loads of time, motivation and dedication though. What he doesn't know is Packs like Tag Team or Red Son used to cost power credits and not direct money.
I used to play Injustice Mobile loads. Haven't played it for ages but I remember the card packs being a bit grindy, but there were the occassional double credit event, and alot of the better characters weren't too much trouble f2p (as with a lot of games it's quicker to just pay). Plus the character challenges, survivor mode and the gear system were a neat touches (esp since you could the amount of tickets you got, and reset the mode without waiting). Plus it also had an online system similar to 2 where you fight other players' teams instead of actually playing against someone. Also with Injustice 2, you can press the heavy attack button when using a super/being attacked by a super on each hit to increase/decrease the damage of the hit, like you can in MK11.
The first injustice mobile game gets better. The core gameplay is kinda repetitive but grinding to promote characters or unlocking and upgrading gear is fun. It even has an online mode with week long seasons and a leaderboard. Each week has a different reward, either a character or legendary gear. Being able to build and gear different teams and making them synergize is so much fun. Theres even a survival mode with exclusive rewards, phantom zone that gives you currency to upgrade certain characters, and a breakthrough mode that unlocks more promotions for a character. Theres many more characters that can be unlocked from placing high in an online season or others that can be unlocked through the weekly challenge mode (its not just the ones in the store). Those characters have way more complex passives compared to the ones in the store.
Yeah, the Injustice animated movie was a thing. Infact, watching that from start to finish actually reminds me of how MK Legends: Battle of the Realms which also came out in 2021, tends to share similar issues; from disrespecting certain characters, shitty pacing and a plot that gets too inconsistent and bloated over time.
Injustice 1 is still my Favorite Injustice. I enjoy the Characters and Story better. I love The Roster in IJ2. but I only got into HELLBOY and The TMNT. Also I just never quite got why in IJ2 and Later MK11 had modes and Unblockables wer Locked out when Offline. That's also why I like Injustice 1 more.
I grinded the hell out of injustice 1 mobile, and I'm not a fan of grinding out gears for armor in injustice 2. The MK11 armor is kind of better but still grind worthy and still not pleasant. Great video as always

My guess regarding the 30 fps switch in Injustice 2, it probably has something to do with performance on consoles. Most likely to make it look as good as possible when zooming in with more details than possible on PS4 and Xbox One.
I’ve played the Mobil game since it came out. I have almost everything in the game. I game is fun once you’ve unlocked many characters and obtained gear items. It makes you strategize what kind of gear works best with that team. I think the fact that some teams work off one another makes this game a lot more fun.
When it comes to Injustice 2 Joker, I chalk it up to being an hallucination of Harley considering she was under influence of fear toxin. It's possibly how she imagined Joker. Cause he looks nothing like Injustice 1.

ok so injustice 1 mobile isn't that fun to begin with, however once you get a few gold cards and you're able to win online matches enough to the point where you win online gear cards and gold cards the game picks up so much, I really think that this game is worth giving a shot and if you don't want to grind your way all the way up there then there are many hacked accounts online and I ever have one posted on my channel that I made. He just called the gear system basic and didn't even have one silver charecter or higher, didn't touch on augmentations, online, survivor, challenge battles, story levels, breakthroughs, gold and metal charecters and phantom zones. He got about 20% into it
As an injustice mobile user with alot of good chars and upgrades id like to add a fun fact and quirk bout the mobile version. Later in its life it got exclusive new characters the sequel mobile game and even console versions never got. The mobile game added the arkham knight as a character you can get, killer croc, and even the batman who laughs as characters! They also added deadshot and darskeid to the game long before they were added or for darkseid even announced for injustice 2! Darskeid has a completely different super from his injustice 2 version. But deadshot has the exact moves he has in injustice 2! Even his super is the same! However he has costumes the injustice 2 deadshot never got. Like the suicide squad version and even the arkham origins costume! If ya wanna know more weird quirks bout the mobile ver id be happy to talk!

ngl i was raised in a time when arcades around me had stuff like dinosaur king, mushiking, animal kaiser, and others i cant remember, so when i saw that there was an injustice arcade machine i had but one goal: get a cassandra cain card. no such luck just got 3 prisoner supermen (among others but im just amazed i got 3 of the same guy)
They have different card series! Check which series is on the machine you're using by looking at a dispensed card, then look up what other cards are in that series
My favorite thing about injustice 2 is The fact that you Essentially get to customize your own hero’s which gives the game replay value to collect more outfit pieces

I actually verified this, the comics came out first but they were meant as a tie-in to the game. Basically, they existed to market the game and were based off of the game itself. Same for the movie :)

After reading the arkham asylum comic, I kind of got the feeling that the injustice 2 joker design might have been slightly based off of his appearance from Arkham Asylum a serious home on serious earth. The long blueish grey coat beint the only clothing, the longer hair, and even the subtle overly sexual personality. Still don't think it's NEARLY as good of a design as that version of the joker which is genuinely terrifying, but it's something I noticed.

One thing I’m not a fan of in Injustice 2 is the base roster’s character designs, like Batman, Superman, Green Lantern. I thought it was a bit of a downgrade tbh, but that’s it, that’s my only complaint
i hope injustice isnt discontinued because honestly this is one of the most fun arcade games especially when compared with ticket games or other games that are far simpler the only games i can think of that would be more fun are either fighting games with more movement or rhythm games other than that i dont think there are many arcade games as injustice arcade since playing around with passives are really interesting
Surprised I2 didn't do a seperate "gear" and "style" system akin to DCUO, so you can make your characters look how you want without sacrificing the stats from gear, unlocking the style the same time yiu do the gear

I kinda understand your opinion on super moves, ultimates or whatever they are called but I also kinda don't XD I mean once you get the hang of the game you'll notice that spending your meter on them is pointless. There are some many other things that you can do with meter. Especially in injustice 2. You can enhance special moves to extend combos, use it so the back3 or forward3 have armor, etc. I almost never saw super moves used online and didn't watch them that much.
I didn't really like your take on injustice mobile or the arcade tbh. The cards have beem through 5 series so far in arcades and they all still work, even the oldest ones. Also i can tell you played maybe 20-30 minutes of the mobile version because you didn't go into the different game modes or gears or augments that let you skip the so called "level locked specials" characters also synergize really well later on and its fun to make good teams. Just wish you would have gave it more of a chance before you dismissed it

Injustice 2 is pretty ass and riddled with microtransactions, but Injustice 1 mobile is one of the best mobile games out there imo. Nio really didn't play for long enough to actually show off how much depth the game has.
From some one who plays wwe immortals, MKx a little, and Injustice 1 on mobile till this day. It’s definitely one of those games you gotta catch your flow to really enjoy. Its strongest pro has to be the characters you can get in this game compared to the console game and sequel. Plus unlocking the characters are more reasonable imo.

As an injustice mobile user with alot of good chars and upgrades id like to add a fun fact and quirk bout the mobile version. Later in its life it got exclusive new characters the sequel mobile game and even console versions never got. The mobile game added the arkham knight as a character you can get, killer croc, and even the batman who laughs as characters! They also added deadshot and darskeid to the game long before they were added or for darkseid even announced for injustice 2! Darskeid has a completely different super from his injustice 2 version. But deadshot has the exact moves he has in injustice 2! Even his super is the same! However he has costumes the injustice 2 deadshot never got. Like the suicide squad version and even the arkham origins costume! If ya wanna know more weird quirks bout the mobile ver id be happy to talk!

Injustice mobile is honestly amazing. It goes so much deeper than you mentioned, I don’t think it’s meant to be compared to the original game. It’s entirely it’s own thing

ngl i was raised in a time when arcades around me had stuff like dinosaur king, mushiking, animal kaiser, and others i cant remember, so when i saw that there was an injustice arcade machine i had but one goal: get a cassandra cain card.
no such luck just got 3 prisoner supermen (among others but im just amazed i got 3 of the same guy)
They have different card series! Check which series is on the machine you're using by looking at a dispensed card, then look up what other cards are in that series

My favorite thing about injustice 2 is The fact that you Essentially get to customize your own hero’s which gives the game replay value to collect more outfit pieces

injustice 2 mobile is a game a revist every once in a while and its fun for short amounts of time but it gets really boring to play
the injustice arcade and the first injustice mobile game were so underrated. playing the mobile game now brings me a feeling of nostalgia and happiness, but the arcade is barley anywhere unfortunately 💔

About the gear affecting the look of the characters on Injustice 2 Mobile: last I checked it only affects the look of the character if you collect and equip the entire gear set

2. from what I've gathered wbid for console has been shut down on injustice 1, unfortunately, however injustice 2 as you said has a glitch where it says it couldn't link with the mobile game, but check cyborgs skins, as usually it says it failed but actually didn't, that's what happened to me

I actually verified this, the comics came out first but they were meant as a tie-in to the game. Basically, they existed to market the game and were based off of the game itself. Same for the movie :)

After reading the arkham asylum comic, I kind of got the feeling that the injustice 2 joker design might have been slightly based off of his appearance from Arkham Asylum a serious home on serious earth. The long blueish grey coat beint the only clothing, the longer hair, and even the subtle overly sexual personality. Still don't think it's NEARLY as good of a design as that version of the joker which is genuinely terrifying, but it's something I noticed.

One thing I’m not a fan of in Injustice 2 is the base roster’s character designs, like Batman, Superman, Green Lantern.
I thought it was a bit of a downgrade tbh, but that’s it, that’s my only complaint

this is one of the most fun arcade games especially when compared with ticket games or other games that are far simpler
the only games i can think of that would be more fun are either fighting games with more movement or rhythm games
other than that i dont think there are many arcade games as injustice arcade since playing around with passives are really interesting
Surprised I2 didn't do a seperate "gear" and "style" system akin to DCUO, so you can make your characters look how you want without sacrificing the stats from gear, unlocking the style the same time yiu do the gear
The only injustice game I personally have played is the arcade one which I somehow have one of the rarest rarity cards even thought I played like twice.

I kinda understand your opinion on super moves, ultimates or whatever they are called but I also kinda don't XD I mean once you get the hang of the game you'll notice that spending your meter on them is pointless. There are some many other things that you can do with meter. Especially in injustice 2. You can enhance special moves to extend combos, use it so the back3 or forward3 have armor, etc. I almost never saw super moves used online and didn't watch them that much.

I didn't really like your take on injustice mobile or the arcade tbh. The cards have beem through 5 series so far in arcades and they all still work, even the oldest ones. Also i can tell you played maybe 20-30 minutes of the mobile version because you didn't go into the different game modes or gears or augments that let you skip the so called "level locked specials" characters also synergize really well later on and its fun to make good teams. Just wish you would have gave it more of a chance before you dismissed it

After seeing how bad that injustice mobile game was now i want Nio to play the Mk X one, i had it back when it launched and it was so funny when i got dark raiden from a random roll, turned out to be the most op character bc he got healed by all debuffs instead of taking dmg from them, or maybe try skullgirls mobile since that’s an actually good fighting rpg mobile game
Injustice 2 is pretty ass and riddled with microtransactions, but Injustice 1 mobile is one of the best mobile games out there imo. Nio really didn't play for long enough to actually show off how much depth the game has.
From some one who plays wwe immortals, MKx a little, and Injustice 1 on mobile till this day. It’s definitely one of those games you gotta catch your flow to really enjoy. Its strongest pro has to be the characters you can get in this game compared to the console game and sequel. Plus unlocking the characters are more reasonable imo.
