Another thing that isn’t being talked about much is the fact that there are quite a few physical raid wides meaning melee dps need to be on top of their feints to make the healing easier
Im scared for M2 in savage lol. Had a good time doing the normal tier. The sheer panic coming from my friends when black cat broke the floor tiles was amazing.
I didn't end up raiding much in Endwalker so I can't speak for savage, but the normal mode content this expansion has been such a breath of fresh air. It's nice to actually feel even slightly challenged in normal mode (at least on day one/first clear) compared to Endwalker especially where I felt like I rarely ever died in normal mode content on release even going in blind. I'm excited to try savage this time around!
I had the opposite experience you had with M2/M3. M2 was absolutely clean and cleared it no problem. M3 duty finder gave me the group from hell. 6 wipes and almost an entire hour to get a clear to the point where they rejected the vote abandon. M3 may be the simplest, but it's also the highest damage check of the raid tier so healers got what they wanted, a reason to heal. Overall I loved everything about these 4 fights and can't wait for the next tier in 7.2.
When i saw how good the extra dungeons were, injad a really good feeling about the fiest raid tier. And man... You nailed it, fights are amazing, arenas are amazing... OST is absolutely of the charts. Especiall M2 and M4. And yes, M2 (Honey B lovely) is the hardest fight.
6 out of 8 of us all fell through the broken floor on the first match and there was no anger, it was just laughing, and everyone immediately loved the fight.
the final phase of M4 is when reaching 20% health, could also move into it after the front/back cannon if dropping to 20% without restoring the platform.
M3 actually was really fun for me because i was gunning for full uptime even on my first pull and i don't think any other normal raid had me that tight trying this, the merry go around into thordan puddle into half room cleave is extremely scary and killed my DF healers twice before we finally got it on the 3rd pull i was thoroughly satisfied. Tho i have already seen some people complaining the normal raids are too hard on the Offiicial forum and i sincerely hope they don't reverse this trend of making normal contents slightly more stressful. Btw what hairstyle are you using? Its good
100% these raids aren't hard. The mechanics are fun and quick but telegraphed clearly. It's the right amount of challenge for casual raids imo. Hope they don't make them easier. This is fun lol
It’s the Lightning Attire hairstyle. Mogstation only unfortunately. Sad to see people complaining before they’ve even had a FULL DAY with the new fights to get used to them lmao.
Can't believe Wicked Thunder pulled out Iron Man's MVC2 Cannon and just went ham with spamming it with what is basically almost the equivalent of a soft enrage in the 4th fight... What are we going to truncate the names of these fights? We're already using A for Alexander
I had a great time with the fights and the music. I did it with my static and we were just laughing at all the simping everyone was doing and also every time one of us fell off a platform. I love the addition of the announcer whose voice lines change depending if your party clears mechanics perfectly, gets hit at all or dies. I also like the premise of the story. Not going for anything too epic but giving me the same vibes as the wrestling chapter from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, so that's a ton of fun for me.
So far this is the best Normal mode raid series. I don't feel that there was a single bad fight - M3 is probably the weakest but it's still bopping and sheer atmosphere of wrestling match there covers the fact that it's a relatively simple fight.
If the enrage cast for Honey B isn't Final Sting I'm going to be very, very sad
“Then don’t come” - Rihanna
Better yet, make it "Unfinal Sting" but have it be followed by a 0.5s cast time Final Sting just to psych everyone
I feel like urianger's VA has been waiting for years to break out the Mumkhar voice again on brute bomber.

Hell yeah we got that 15 second feint now they better make us use it

Your music choice for this video was impeccable. "An Empty Tome" for Wicked Thunder was an inspired choice! 😌👏
Awesome video man, I also l LOVE this raid tier! Very cool fights and music is fire aswell! New subscriber here from the UK 👍🏼

This is the best tier i've seen in terms of enjoyment! Even the devs must have been enjoying themselves!!

your character looks sick, was looking forward to your video blue
Fun fact - that heart mechanic is exactly how lights rampant works
So I think we're getting another one of those, though probably a lot more tame
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought M2 was the hardest of the 4.

We either do Arc1-12 or LH1-4/CW1-4/HW1-4 is what makes sense to me.
I believe the consensus is R1-R12 from aRcadion. So R1S, R2N, etc.

The dynamically changing color commentary from the announcer just took this raid series up a big notch, it was great.
The marvel v capcom music was a great touch

I understand you're lamenting the current door boss pattern, but honestly if there wasn't one for this tier, lots of people would go apeshit.
The only boss that's a problem to me is the last one during the cannon phase, it gets hard to see anything lol. The other fights were easy as fuk.
the enrages better be some supers - m3 Akuma
bro better hit the entire party w raging demon in savage lmaooo
