Thank you for this! Could you make a video about people aged 35+ getting in policing. I see so many videos about young people starting about but nothing about switching careers or older people getting into LE.
I was a cop for 30 years, retired in ‘97 yet when I meet someone for the first time I always hear about a ticket they didn’t deserve or some rude cop. When I ask if they went to court, or filed a complaint w/a supervisor, there’s always an excuse why they didn’t.
Man I needed to see this video I’m considering becoming a LEO it’s been a childhood dream of mine but most importantly I really want to make a difference and help folks who can’t or afraid to help themselves especially being able to make safe environments for our little ones I love the “little people” as I love to call them.
How about opening the Bible and practicing God's word, because without him your nothing. Practice humility and don't lose empathy You're assumptions are not facts And don't forget just because you hold the title police officer doesn't mean your above anyone And don't think you're gonna get away with anything because God is watching and you will pay the consequences for your words and actions.

Me too!!! I’m 35 . I’ve been a Bus driver for many years and a mail carrier now. I’ve always wanted to be an officer and I’m pushing through now.
