As the DLC has just finished downloading, your notification pops up and I couldn’t be happier lol...let’s get building a stable for my non existent horsey, haha. Thank you.🙃❤️
@@Berry_vs_Berry I do have a build planned for Sunday that isn't actually related to the new DLC, but its a birthday request build for someone in Discord. Jousting arena will most likely be Wednesday
Nice build but I would have placed your saddle workbench somewhere near the stable itself, maybe as an attached shed. Having it in the tavern just seems odd.
That's what I was initially going to do, until I realized placing it anywhere near the stables would block either the gateways to the horse slots or the doorway from the bar. Note to self, plan better 😂
I really like this build and might build this on my private server. I am not very creative you think you could do a video and show how I could make a really cool garden area for all my flowers that I am growing? Thanks for the build man love it!!
You know, I didn't like the lattice walls when they came out, until I realized they were better used making a greenhouse with them (to avoid other players stealing my crops), or a nice RP-friendly (yet still not thief-friendly) bee yard. You can even have the bees in the same building, or in nearby buildings, and it'll make sense to assume they fly around as needed.
I like your build :-) I have a bunch of mini-bases scattered around my Exiled Lands (single player). I might build something like this once I get a horse... One of the things I don't like about Conan is that 1-high ceilings are too low, but 2-high ceilings are too high. I like that Minecraft made 1 block = 1 meter, so 2-blocks high is about the equivalent of Conan's 1-high, and 3 blocks is just right, and 4 blocks high is the equivalent to Conan's 2-high.
Thanks man, glad you liked the build! Yeah the height to building scaling is a common issue in a lot of games, especially Conan. I personally don't mind it too much, but I can see why it'd be annoying
Your video on this is second to none. Yes, there is lots anyone can do with designs. How you describe your reasoning and showing a blueprint is fantastic! Most creators do not take the time to show such good quality vids. They just pump out Cookie Cutter builds one after the other to keep views and follows. Your approach is VERY refreshing. Yes, I am a new Sub and will continue to watch your vids. Thank you for spending so much time doing this right.
Thanks man, I always try to keep the builds fresh and entertaining, otherwise there's no point in me making Conan vids if its the same thing over and over again. Glad you're enjoying the content, hope to see you around some more!
I'm afraid I'm not sure, I build everything in Admin Mode so I don't have to worry about feats etc

I just wanted to know why I can't put the Stable on a stable and flat surface, it will easily go upon uneven land, but unlike every other building, it refuses flat foundations.
For the chairs, just search "Stool" in the admin menu and they'll be in there, and the tables are just base game round tables. No modded items in this video :)
@@Eradicati0nn there aren't any stairs in the stable dlc unless I'm missing something I sorted my parts by dlc and there weren't any there unless I've not unlocked them. Ty anyway I'll figure it out need wooden stairs for our huge blood and sand castle on official.
I was extremely lost at first because your Blueprint is incorrect. It is actually 3X3 - 5X6X4 - 5X6. Next time please do not put up he blueprint unless it is correct. But I did get t build nicely so thank you anyways for a good job :)
The tavern looks a bit bare. Needs some bottles on shelves on the wall behind the bar. Needs a rug or animal pelt on the floor. The candle on each table is pretty feeble and unnoticeable, could use some help from additional table decor. Could use some pictures, banners and trophies on the walls to add some color. In a colder climate I would suggest a fireplace. Should probably also have a sign out front to let people know it's open for business. The tavern seems to be facing the wrong way. It's facing the cliff when the view is out to the river. You could have had a much nicer place if you'd arranged for an entrance and patio or deck overlooking the water. I don't understand the purpose of the back passage from the tavern around the stable to the front. It's not clear why you didn't provide a more direct path if you felt the main entrance was insufficient. I think you're right that a horse needs a stall bigger than a single foundation width. Two foundations, or about 4 meters, seems about right. I wish the stall gates were higher. Most real-world stalls have dutch doors with the lower part about chest high.

Thanks Jacque, next one is coming soon!
Nice build I do say, Love the use of lattice, makes the build stand out better.

Fabulous, really can't wait to play around with this dlc after watching this!
Aye it seems pretty decent, I'm defintiely gonna make some use of the DLC some more

very nice layout
Align the arrows direction and the grain naturally aligns.

Have you considered building Mount Olympus using the Aquilonian dlc, on the biggest mountain??
If I spelled that correctly?
I haven't, but I do love me some Greek Mythology so I could definitely give it a go!

Thanks Greg. I wanted to put the workbench somewhere then I was like "uh oh, where do I put this" 😂😂

the lattice pieces make me think of maybe a garden greenhouse
Yeah they'd definitely suit a greenhouse, or maybe just some sort of fancy garden area in general
@@Eradicati0nn maybe have a go at making one? i'm curious to see what you'd do with the idea :)

Ooh I didn't think of that, that actually would have been pretty nice
Yep not seeing the wood grain really sucks - They need to change this.
They definitely do, or just make em a uniform texture
How to spawn infinite item?
When you're in Admin mode, hold Ctrl, Shift, Alt and F10 together to enable infinite items
