Yes. I was taught by parents to keep truth hidden, i.e. lie. Which brought shame when the truth was required to be told, brought fear of getting in trouble when the truth was required, and in adulthood it caused a host of other emotional issues because I could never be honest with myself or anyone else. Conditioning, all to protect the parent at the time, and used to try to destroy me later. But God would not have that. He is real, he heals and the truth DOES set people free. And that's my truth! 💖

I cried my eyes out thinking back at all of my trauma! The pain that I brought to my kids behind my trauma and choices. The men that I had around, sexual abuse, abortions, abusive relationships, repeated cycles and all roots from daddy issues. I have a lot of work to do with my counselor and I'm on the road to healing so that my children can heal. I'm saved, forgiven, anew and I'm learning to forgive myself. Thank you so much for your videos! You've helped me in such a huge way. May God continue to bless you all the days of your life! ✝️🙏🏽💜

Bishop, one thing I have learned on my journey of transformation and that is, once your relationship with God changes the way you look at sin changes. And, I thank God that I really didn't have to cut anybody off, because they saw the change in me and they removed themselves. In the beginning, I couldn't understand it and in prayer God told me that he was changing my circle and giving me new friends that was walking in purpose, purity, and destiny, the same as I.

I'd imagine those who 'removed' themselves did not do so peacefully. I bet it must have come with a lot of criticism and judgement, stemming of course from confusion at the change emanating from within you. I am going through a similar journey.

Yeah, it’s been the most awful experience of my life. It ruined me physically, emotionally and financially. It’ll take me years to get back to where I was.
1. When you are ready to build an authentic relationship with yourself. Pray for a revelation of your own personal paradime (your mindset - subconscious thought system).
2. Locate your traumas. If you dont face your trauma it keeps traumatizing you. (Get rid of shame and guilt. Get free from your issues. But you need to be able to sit in it. And you need to become transparent).
3. Analyze your cirkle for an indirect self portrait. When you get through looking inwardly your eyes change. Now you see things differently. Look at the company you keep.

Me too fell into a “soulmates” trap. We got so lost I didn’t know where I ended and he began 😪 slowly getting to know myself again
It is not only male to female relationships that u get lost in, it is also when you have children, especially if you are the only parent in the home or in their lives that is consistent. Many women & some men also get consumed with raising a family/children that they forget themselves.
Raise them, let them go, its healthy, then look at developing you once more, now you have more life experience.

Transparent background check- my childhood abuse my addiction my detached relationships from my parents as a kid ,bounced from home to Home. I was homeless for many years. I went to counseling for so many years. I was diagnosed with PTSD, BPD, and anxiety. I'm now 40 and finally I was able to get my apartment after moving from my home state into a new state where is didn't know anyone. I got my certification in Heavy equipment operations. I'm not standing here proud.of my accomplishments but I'm giving testimony about what God can do for the broken person. I gained my self esteem and who I was in Christ. Now I have so much more than what I used to have. My past doesn't define who I am today. I have went from victory to victory by following the open doors of opportunities God has given me. I give Him so much praise and Glory. This wasn't me because without praising him through it I'd never had made it.. I am a new creation inside and out! I am so very greatful. God is 😊 good

Especially when you are broken due to molestation. Maybe one day you will give a word on broken from molestation & how to heal as far as the victim & as a family as a whole.
Get a journal and do your shadow work. Start from childhood. Mr Blakes you speak loud for us women to hear but men suffer the father wound as well. I see so many walking around just broken and hurt and we can't love them through that.

I’m in total agreement with being ok with being alone. I have been alone for almost ten years because I refuse to settle for less than God’s best. Alone, but not by myself. Also, I had to cut off a few so-called friends during this Pandemic. I’m focusing on my future and my life. I’m so encouraged by Pastor Blakes during this Pandemic. I am assessing my life . His videos are another point of reference for me.

42:12 Holly words! Tolerance is the level of abuse that we allow in our lives. Ive been taught to be tolerant, loving and forgiving, unfortunately without the safety buffor, so it really formed me to be not just a good person but rather vulnerable and prone to damage from other people.

I have been shocked to see what the Lord shows me about myself and this is when I'm "living right"-- Grieved at how wicked my heart is, and what's worse ,I thought I knew myself-- but I was wrong. Well now who am I??!!-- But with the exposure of the dark things. He is doing a deep cleansing thing too. It's not 1 thing but MANY things. It hurts, its embarrassing, its gross but it's all true. Whatever he show me is attached to something that happened to me when I was a child. How I built up strongholds to protect myselfxwhen I only further wronged myself in the process. But God is good and this is an on time message.
I have gone through same thing. Life choices came from the things in childhood building up strongholds. Now I want to be free and really enjoy who I really am. I have been so sad lately and crying. The Holy Spirit is working on me. I understand many are in this boat!!! Jesus is healing!!! Praise Him.

This one had me crying. I realized not too long ago that I was sexually molested when I was a young child and I had always wondered why sex was such a thing to me. My father was not actively involved in my life, that to explains a lot but the part about an older woman abusing him and he didn't realize it... Mine was a twenty something guy from our church when I was 14. I didn't see it as abuse until now. Another awakening as to what I have gone through and not understood. God I need help!
I need this. After dealing with homelessness I’m finding it hard to stay encouraged, be at peace, and sometimes be myself. This past year has been so hard on me, and if I could just BREATHE, I’ll be alright. Me and God is really all I got right now and it’s tough. He’s been good to me but I can’t shake these feelings of worthlessness, loneliness, and emptiness.

When I went through a break up I turned to the church thinking that I would find help and found none. The church tells you to forgive and move on they don't teach you how to really heal. You have come at a time that is helpful. I just wish I had this kind of teaching earlier. All church said was live saved and God will give you your heart desires. Never really had things broken down the way you're doing it. Thank you for the knowledge my eyes and ears are opening up to a lot .

I recently realized this disconnection with myself has been the root of many of my problems. I have always searched for outside solutions when I already had the answers all along. I just needed encouragement on how to access my inner self without shame. Authenticity is so very important. I recently watched a documentary which discussed how the lack of emphasis on mental health has created so many issues we face today in society. Thank you for bringing awareness to this issue.

I appreciate the impactful statement RC Blakes made about, "not eliminating all relationships with anyone who does not call themselves a "Christian"; and do not automatically embrace anyone who calls themselves a "Christian" (paraphrase). I don't believe either extreme is following the example of Christ.
This is confirmation. I am in a season of healing from many traumas... the Holy Spirit revealed to me these things were still paralyzing me in many ways.& still hurting deeply. God has revealed so much; begun teaching me, in my season of isolation... your whole message was so CONFIRMATION...🙏🏽☺️....etc.

I truly appreciate the talk about your circle ⭕️. I absolutely cleaned 🧼 my circle ⭕️ up some years ago and I’ve been soaring since. I even BLOCKED and Deleted some family members. Nothing is more important to me than my relationship with Christ and my sanity. When I leave Earth 🌍 I’m going out by myself and no clowns 🤡 will be able to vouch for me or hold my hand.

So true I was been honest with myself today none my relationship never work out I was talking to myself saying I don't think I am ready a relationship
I grew up with Perfectionist Parents, so I was raised to be perfect. When my adopted daughter came to live with me, i tried to make her perfect. As a result, she and I fought a lot until I finally gave up and left her to God. With the men in my life, I tried to be perfect as I was so afraid they would leave me. they left me anyway and I felt beat up trying to be the perfect woman.

The men/women that are on the other end of our brokenness (aka the people we are intimate with) need more from us than sex because they may be just as wounded as us, not being able to identify our wounds and guide us. So it’s not always that they don’t deserve us... they are most likely blinded by their trauma too.
Knowing your intrinsic value will definitely help break cycles in the community but it starts on an individual level 💞

I respect and agree with everything you said; however, when you got to the part where you couldn’t remember where in the Bible you got that verse from and you said “I don’t know” that caused a greater connection and even more respect. I appreciate when ANY person can be honest enough to say, “I don’t know” sometimes. Thank you sir.
I needed to hear this!! I have always felt so disconnected because of not having a physical father! I thought myself how to be a man the best way I could! By the Grace of “GOD” I got saved and “GOD” saved me! But now I struggle with insecurities but I don’t have issues getting in relationships but keeping them! So I decide on Celibacy because I want to correct my situation without more damage!
I have similar issues, growing up without a father had impact on who I become later in life. I was introverted and always carried the feeling that I was damaged somehow.
I also never had issues getting in relationships but it was problem to keep them until I decided to stop and look deep inside of myself.
I realise that I was definitely disconnected from myself. I stop paying attention to nonimportant things and same type of people. First time in my life I'm happy to be me. We can correct everything if we focus on it and so you will also correct your situation. Wish you good luck on your journey of self discovery.

It took a while but now I can control my own heart.
I had to fast and pray for true knowledge of my weaknesses and trauma to the real problems.
I now have mover one and BLOCKED him.

This was a refresher for me. I have been doing this and it has help me out alot. I have embrace being free from my guilt and shame I share my history with people when I get prompt to do so "holy spirit " my days are now calm and peaceful. And I'm loving it. Alone.. but never alone.

I don't get the chance to catch you live, but I do watch and love to hear you preach, but today....today, you really spoke to me. I am dealing with a Jezebel/narcissist spirit at work, who is coveting my boss's, husband and wife team, restaurant owners, lives. I go to work with righteous indignation, wanting to tell the wife to fight for her family, but it just comes out looking like I am jealous or angry. You're absolutely right, get my attitude right with my true self and let the Jezebel expose herself. Keep on doing what you're doing, I love your messages and yes, you are making a difference.

Very few women know that our greatest asset is tapping into the process of our maturing, growing and better self. After all the relationships, raising our children and grand children, we have only then really experienced some of what life has thrown our way. I guess everyone carries something dark which affects them but what if we just do not know or realize if we do ? You stated that what you experienced they turned it around in your head as a good thing. So therefore you were decieved in your mind. God will allow us to see our authentic selves if we ask Him. I am going to have faith for that starting today. Thanks for your teaching in letting us know that there is an authentic self within. We can attempt to seek it out, recognize it and live it as God would be pleased when we do.
"When ppl are broken they unfortunately go externally, instead of internally, looking for answers!" Eg. Relationships, career titles, house, car, clothing, jewelry. Then they continue the cycle of trauma cause they never go within! 😢😭
This message is hitting so hard right now. I need for my sisters and friends to watch this one. There are so many lessons in this message. I’m going to share this one. I know for me I told my doctor the other day that I need some help. Because now it’s getting to be too much. I feel as though I am about to crash into a brick wall and have lost control. My behavior is toxic and traumatic. I am finally being completely honest with myself. The emotional maturity is not there.
