I agree with so many of the sentiments here. I am 56 and haven't done ballet in a long time. I taught movement and music for young children before covid hit, and I took for granted how teaching and moving with the children helped my body stay healthy. With covid and no job, I found myself sitting more and developed high hamstring issues. I have been doing PT exercises I found online, then tried these classes. These have done more form my hamstring issues than the targeted exercises. This has been a life saver for me. The artistry keeps me coming back and motivates me to work. I think I almost cry after each class because of Rex's beautiful playing. My son is studying piano and I make him come listen to Rex! Thank you Ernst, you are remarkable. Thank you also producers. I know these take work to create!

I am loving these classes so much as are my students. We are a high school dance program in Queens, NY and so many of our families have been affected by this virus. I’m 47 and I practice ballet since my 7’s, not professional, but I’m advanced.. I can’t live without ballet. I could arrange a good place at home to make my classes, with a stable sort of barre and 1,5x3 linoleum and now Ernst and Rex. Down here I’m working from home (8-17) - System analyst- and then change clothes and go to keep on training. Thank you very much guys, amazing job!

Thank you so much! I haven't taken a ballet class since my early 20s and Ilove getting back into it now! It's so great to be able to take a real class and not some ballet hip hop fitness hybrid. These classes are challenging without being discouraging. I really hope you continue to make these videos.

Thanks from Curitiba - Brazil for the these wonderful classes that let us keep up with health. I’m in love with these two! The classes are motivating, make us go beyond. I’m 47 and I practice ballet since my 7’s, not professional, but I’m advanced.. I can’t live without ballet. I could arrange a good place at home to make my classes, with a stable sort of barre and 1,5x3 linoleum and now Ernst and Rex. Down here I’m working from home (8-17) - System analyst- and then change clothes and go to keep on training. Thank you very much guys, amazing job!
You cannot imagine how good it is to be able to train with such a talented professor and such a great music!
