Thank you so much ♥ I do need to find a thinner pen, though! I know that when I watch other people on TH-cam come in with a black pen after they've finished their card, I just want to shout, "Noooooooo!" 🤣
@allisonfrazier hahahaha!! Well I think your card is adorable :) I have both heat embossed the outlines beforehand, and also re-heat embossed the outline in black after the colouring. Both seem to keep the sharp black lines after :)
What a wonderful one layer card, Allison! Your masking was perfect. However, it would be difficult for me to make more than one of these. Kudos to you for doing something different than usual.
The critters are just adorable! I have the Smile More set at the very top of my wish list! Such a fun card! Love the colors you used and all the masking you did! Your additional cards are fabulous too!
Love the idea building a scene with masks but not sure I could pull it off without pulling my hair out lol. So I ha huge respect for anyone who can . TFS.😊
Doing it for holiday cards is a big commitment! I mean, doing it for more than one holiday card - haha. I definitely am inspired to make more. Thanks for watching!
Such a fun card! I don’t really do scene cards but your reminder to use a carrier sheet or acetate is wonderful. Most of us probably know this hack but don’t always remember to use it in the moments we actually need to use it. lol
I must be honest, cute scene cards are not my forte so it was nice to see that you are able to pull of such a fun card because you don't make them a lot either. As a bonus it has given me some inspiration for the birthday cards for my niece and nephew (twins) who will turn 10 next month. So thank you so much. 😊
Ironically, cute scenes and critters are what pulled me into card making 6 years ago! I didn't mask a whole lot, but I definitely focused more on stamping and coloring critters back in the day. It's fun to try new things (or old things, in this case). I would love to see what you end up making for your niece and nephew!
I love the ease that Allison teaches us with!
Thank you so much ♥♥♥
Alex Syberia and Allison Frazier together, what a way to start the day! Love the designs and skills combined.

Love the black outlines you added, really helped them pop. Super cute!!🎉

I encourage you to try! My hair is already so thin - what's another few strands? Haha. Try with a very small mask just for the fun of it
I also love scene building and hardly do it. But funny cause I usually do it for holiday cards. ❤
