With so much information out there about autism and misunderstanding the condition it always helps me to hear other autistic people tell there story. Congrats on the new house. Looking forward to hearing from you next time.

Hi. I was wondering if you could possibly do a video on autism and PTSD/CPTSD? I’m on the autism spectrum, and I also have complex post traumatic stress disorder, and a physical disability. I feel like I know of a few others who have autism and PTSD or CPTSD. The therapist who diagnosed me with CPTSD said that people with autism are more likely to develop PTSD from many things, especially bullying and abuse. I feel like the society needs to learn more about autism and PTSD. I’ve also wondered about autism and Tourette’s. Like can the symptoms of autism mock symptoms of Tourette’s?

Hey, I've closed it at the moment just so I can understand all the legal aspects of running a business and I've just started a new job. If there's anything in particular you'd ikd, give me an email and I can see what I can do from there?

'The star highlights each person’s abilities and areas in which extra support is required. The Spectrum Star is an outcomes measurement tool specifically designed for people with Autism. The star enables commissioning authorities to see how an individual is progressing within a service. This is identified through therapeutic intervention, supporting individuals to identify where they require more support thereby enabling them to progress while gaining independent skills.
Each person completes the Spectrum Star with their keyworker identifying their abilities and difficulties. The star is used to develop a person-centred plan that meets each person’s needs specifically. The star is reviewed every six months to see how the person is progressing in the nine key areas they want to improve.
The Spectrum Star supports people to develop as they can visually see their goals and aspirations being achieved.'
