That was one of my favourite performances by James, it is so vulnerable and raw and that isn't easy to do in front of a whole crowd. He is so connected to the song and his emotions, its really beautiful and incredible.

I wasn't at 1 Mayfair in London, but love this video clip - because you can tell it wasn't an act, or a commercial video; it was James simply singing his heart out. I don't know any other artist that can quite do that (or is as able) as James Blunt. I guess that's why so many of us can connect with his great songs!
For me, this is what music is all about. Pure emotion, the song clearly means something to him. This is an outstanding performance and just 1 million views does not do it justice at all.

Honestly, I am glad I listened to this song when I was unusually happy, because it is quite sad. I am not one to cry listening to songs generally, but I must admit I did cry. I think if I didn't watch it, if I just heard it, it wouldn't have made me quite so sad. But James' body language tore me up, it looked like he was crumbling inside, like it was tearing him apart to sing this. On a brighter note, his voice was a gorgeous as ever. I'm so very excited to hear all of the new CD.

it is obvious that someone has left a huge whole in his life but at least we get all this beautiful music from what is obviously a very hard time in his life.
