The arches and built ins make it so unique and cozy. But , oh my, those cat mittens are everything!!!!!!!!! Kudos to your aunt!!!!! The desk in the closet is a great use of space in a small apartment. I was crushing on that sweet small brick patio, which would definitely be my sanctuary. Rattan and twig furniture, plants, candles, lanterns, dining al fresco...... ahhhhhhh. The food art wall with the pattern frames is gorgeous. What a creative project. So colorful and unexpected.
This is so kind, thank you! :) I know, my aunt is so talented!! And yes the patio was awesome, too bad I never got around to decorating it. A lot of my neighbors had very cozy setups on theirs with lots of plants though! And thanks RE the food wall! The bright colors were definitely out of my comfort zone but it was a lot of fun!

That’s a great apartment! I love older apartment buildings, so much character. The arches and the built-ins are spectacular. Your eclectic style is right up my alley, too. You’ve done a wonderful job, especially with the art/photos. I hope you and your partner are happy in your new place ❤

I love the closet office. Make sure there’s plenty of light. I love your patio. You should fix it up like a cozy den like area with a rug and plants etc this space is a fabulous extra.

Love your apartment!! My favs: your mittens and your brother's drawing of Lawrenceville!! Yes, all of the kitchens in apts in "collegetown" are those tiny gally kitchens. So crazy - I follow Caroline Winkler & Paige Wassel on YT too. I love Annie Heisy and have her artwork in my home as well. I just went to Asheville and brought home artwork and have kitties too! Great home tour.

I live in Pittsburgh and I have similar end tables that I got years ago from a yard sale in Point Breeze. I now will not be letting go of those now that you said what they can go for 😄. I also might need to ride up and down the streets of your neighborhood for more finds 😂 because I'm moving soon. I'm just a couple neighborhoods away. Your apartment is nice 😊.

How did you hang up all your art? Do you have plaster walls too? Great tour.
I do have plaster walls and just kinda went for it with a hammer and nails, and am now using spackle to fill it in. Probably not the best method though 😅
