I was brought up in a family of 8 that included 3 sisters so was taught to sit down to pee but in public restrooms I definitely use toilet paper to lift seat but I have used my foot just for fun also 😊thanks for the video my friend
As a mom of 3 boys, I taught my boys to pee standing up. I taught them to wipe the rim at home. Most public bathrooms have urinals, and therefore, all they need to do is aim.
I live in the uk and our public toilets are a rare animal, plus they have always made me cringe. On my visit to America I was amazed at how very clean and well set-out the US ones were. On the whole they were pretty respected by the clientele (if you know what I mean) too. I was very impressed - what a luxury.ps you could raise the seat with toilet paper.
on the topic of men and bathrooms.... I'm caretaking for my grandfather, and he is having trouble Wiping. I'm having trouble finding videos on mobility for this specific scenario....
First I'm impressed by the fact that you don't call them "bathrooms". Korea also has clean, and ubiquitous, public toilets. In places frequented by Chinese tourists, there are signs requesting users not to stand on the seat . Can any Chinese viewers here confirm whether most Chinese don't want even their bottoms to touch the seat. ?
I don t understand why you don t promote squat toilets, they re a much healthier way to defacate and easy to clean ,and obviously squatting was the only way to defacate for literally thousands of years , I can t believe the Japanese had pedarstal toilets before US occupation
I visited Japan last year, and I can say we are way behind Japan. When I returned to the US, it grossed me out that we just use a piece of paper to wipe our asses.
Just had to add....years ago (not that long really, just before covid) I read that toilet seats aren't as germy as the flatware in many sit-down restaurants. But I have no proof......thank you for the good reminders!
Could you upload a video about difficult urination and urge to pee? I’m 29 and on semen retention, I don’t want to develop prostatitis so what could be preventative measures?
@@thefisherking78 that’s what urologist told me, but maybe if I wait till I find a high quality girl to marry me, but avoid sexual thoughts will still that contribute to developing prostatitis?
I've seen damage to the porcelain lid on the toilet tank in a public toilet because somebody's boot missed the flush handle and chipped the lid. I haven't heard of anybody using their foot to lift the seat.
I always sit for N1 and 2 at home. And in public restrooms, I sit but not touching the toilet seat, so it's an act of balance. I thought you were going to teach that in this video
May be great to keep hands clean, but the pee still hits the water and splashes out on walls, shower curtains, etc. and the rim under the toilet seat has pee dribble. What is the solution?
At the point you're talking about, the solution is probably to let go of our unhealthy modern obsession with excessive sanitation. We have an immune system and it works most of the time. A little pee on your hands won't kill you if you just go wash them afterwards 😅
@@Uprighthealth I agree. I was thinking about unisex toilets and the age old argument between the sexes of seat up or seat down. Women need to practice using their foot to put seats down!!

Since high school I've lifted with my foot. And either my elbow or foot to flush a urinal. Great videos, thank you.
use toilet paper to lift it
Pray the toilet paper isn't soaked in urine.
@@Uprighthealth 😂😂 lol
Yeah hes putting ground over the seat how rude very selfish

Been doing it this way for years. I also use my feet to flush even urinals.
Pro move! :)
Now we just need you to teach men bladder control so they don’t pee all over the floor as well 😜
It's actually a funny little problem with the beginning and end of the stream. It's really not an aim issue!
I'm waiting for you to do a video on how to teach men how to put the toilet seat back down
Guys just have to stand closer, it’s probably shorter then you think
Not true. The aim at the beginning and the end can be..."unpredictable."
this is epic. I hope this reaches many a man 😁
Use a blacklight, at night, in your washroom aim ot at your toilet. Pee will glow in the dark.
I've been doing this for years now

Also, watch out touching the door handle on your exit after washing your hands!!😮
Oh,my gosh don't even, go there! Lol. 😮😢
If you like spotless Japanese toilets, watch the movie Perfect Days. The protagonist is a public toilet cleaner. :)
I've been wanting to watch that!

hi I'm from Ethiopian ,may husbands dose that all the time ,i appreciate him for that .
its good lesson .
We need more men to be considerate like this and teach their boys.

This. Is The way when i feel, when i go, to walmart! Terrible to say! I thought, i was the only one, that felt this way! 😂
When I was in Japan I had to learn how to use Japanese toilets (long skinny whole in the ground) without peeing on my shoes 😅
What does your tattoo stand for? I didn’t notice it in your earlier videos.
Please can someone tell me why guys don’t just… sit?
Good advice. I now use my heavy metal boots to smash the seat against the wall, while drunk.
😆
Women try to use the toilet without sitting on the seat-just saying.
Just sit down, gentlemen. Rest those thighs.
I’m sending this to my son and my hubby.
I have been using my tongue all this time!
Again thank you Matt ❤

The preventative measure is to not retain semen

What kind of boots are these people wearing that are stronger than porcelain? I've literally never owned footwear that could have done that
@@thefisherking78 Don't know. It was probably steel toe shoes; at first, I thought it as vandalism.
Thank you.
The next phase is to put the seat back down again. It can be done handsfree with a bit of care.
Anyone know what are those sandals? They look cool

To solve that you gotta sit down to pee.
No mention of putting the seat back down again after toilet use so it's ready for the next person!
In a men's restroom, it's really better if you leave that seat up.
