Yes this is available to download as well as all my other levels. To download the level there is a link in the description that takes you to the level page. Once there, download the zip file. I don't know if you have modded Beat Saber set up and there are many helpful tutorials here on YT but you will need that to play it. but if you already have modded Beat Saber set up then extract the zip file and put the extracted file into the Custom Levels folder.
