Wow! What an incredibly futuristic, architectural marvel this is. Really cool to learn more about the top-down approach and why. Making history! Cheers, Brittney

    Great idea. It's basically a modular high-rise.

Omg this is amazing! Detroit and by extension Michigan had and still has some of the best minds and innovations into new technologies be it automotive industrial medical finance upcoming technology sector building/ architecture and so much more this state can offer Detroit was on track to be the United States 3rd largest city behind Chicago and of corse New York. Detroit lost its way but it’s never to late Detroit will be a powerhouse in the future, it will be the place that brings people from Chicago New York and even los angels. Keep it up! So much more work to be done to the city has a long way and so much potential.

@@thelonewanderer420 Kent lmfao nobodies moving to Kent this is not Detroit Metro where everybody moved to the suburbs…I can tell you’ve never been out here by that comment there’s plenty of high paying jobs here and this is a state with no income tax plus the geography and walkabilty of neighborhoods along with mass transit are why people are moving here…you sound dumb or misinformed to think otherwise.

It's logical. It's much easier to build floors on the ground then on scaffolding super high. Plus it's safer for the workers.

" uhhh..well, nobody is "movin on up" just _yet_ so we won't _really_ know until we sell _all_ the residential units for a mere for **$2.5 million** apiece and the commercial leases will be able to offset the occasional cost of maintenance leaving us with *_mad bank_* ...
