Which of these could I do one gas grill? I have to do a party and they don't have an oven, only a big summit gas, a smaller chsrbroil gas and two kettle weber that I am bringing. I have to do the turkey and all the sides. Could I do the potatoes? Not sure I could maintain the heat .feeding 12 people....hmmm Love your channel! Long time fan
