In my opinion 42" is the maximum size you should get for a 1080p TV. Anything larger, then you should get a 4k TV. I would go with the 42" over the 32"...definitely.

Not on this TV but depending on your Roku device like the roku ultra you get a headphone jack with your remote... now you can use the roku app and this TV and listen through a headset!
Onn TV's are decent I have one. Their tablets are junk I have a broken one. I also have a ONN CD player and sound bar. Both are ok. Just stay away from onn tablets.
