Hey everyone, sorry for the delay in videos as I damaged my eye which you’ll see in the video. If you’re looking for a super powerful laser though definitely look into this. It’s currently almost half off but I’m not sure how long the sale will last but if you use the code in the description it’ll save you an additional 10%. Enjoy and I’ll see you all in the next one! 👍🏻
Dude, that's one dangerous accident and a good reminder for all of us to wear protection glasses around these machines. Is your eye better now? I hope you recover completely from that 🙏
@20:13 you should put these numbers overlay, best 100w spread i have seen to date, I amusing a 110mm lens w/ power at 28% and it was perfect... Many thanks
$6k+ is a lot of money but I guess if you use it everyday it could be worth it. Great power for sure. My engraver/cutting laser is 70w and it's awesome but more power is always welcomed. Just couldn't ever justify spending that much it save me a little bit of time.
I've been keeping an eye on this model but the 30 watt one. I always end up going for the better version so I don't feel I'm missing out on a feature, power, or speed and just buy once, cry once. Why did I watch this video? Off to see what other videos you made from this machine though.
Really great video. I was hoping someone with one of the machines could tell me how low the head will lower using the down button. Mine will go all the way to the top and will bump the top. But if you go down, it stops at 319 mm to the line on the side of the head. (This is not even halfway down the tower.) Could someone lower theirs and tell me the height at which theirs stops. I would think, if you are using a shorter focal length lens or doing something off the side, it should lower more. Thanks in advance.
Great review! Do you have any settings listed, or a file, for that Homer image? I have the Monport GI60, your review of it was one of the ones that convinced me to go ahead and get it. Also, where do you get your coin blanks? I know there is a lot on Amazon, but it seems like at least half of those turn out to be bad quality. Thanks!
@@bryanrussell2124 if you email me I could send you the lightburn file I used for Homer and some of the colors. You will probably have to adjust the settings slightly for the 60w though. For the brass coin blanks, I usually just get them off Amazon too. The steel ones I think I got off Ali Express if I remember correctly. They aren’t that great though and I’m still looking for better quality ones.
Hello! Awesome content here! I too, would be interested in your color marking settings. I bought this laser last night using your coupon and am super excited! We have a 100 watt CO2 laser and a diode laser as well as a CNC, resin, and filament 3D printers so the fiber laser was the missing modality! There is a place called Limitless Solutions out of the UK for what look to be very high quality blanks. I ordered some last night based on a TH-cam video of another creator who showed his haul from them. Free shipping when you spend $150 American or more. Their coins and tags look gorgeous.
Hi, I watched your youtube video about the Monport GA 100 and ended up getting the same one. Could you please send me the settings for the one that you get many colors on the stainless steel so I can use it for mine. Thank you.

This is a very good video. I bought a 100w JPT Mopa. But there is no manual or instructions for the JPT. Nothing at all.

muchas gracias, muy buena información. Acabo de comprar una maquina mopa 100w y tengo muchas dudas de como usarla. Saludos!

No extra lens at that price?
عالی 👍
And how about prices!?
How about you search online for prices!? The prices he could quote only apply at time of filming, it could change at anytime.
I'd NEVER buy Monport. Maybe try calling their USA number and see if someone EVER answers... YES their customer service sucks.
