As always you are on top of your game...will definitely be trying Limitless Solutions...Hey looks like you Phillies will win the NL East ...they are playing good ball...My Braves will be lucky to sneak in the back door with a wild card game...
I use the tiny pins that comes with the tumbler. They get into all the nooks and crannies. The larger metal tumbling media damages the brass too much you have to stick with the small stuff.
Thanks for the link. Love his stuff, I am all about things with weight. The Damascus scales are spendy, but beautiful! Who do I like enough to make for Christmas?? I bought that tumbler. It seems that after 10 min I start to see a significant loss of detail. Well before it gets to the shine you had on the koi. What media and solution are you using? Mine came with 1/4” pins, and I bought ShineBright. Thanks in advance!
I’ve been using the .5mm pins with shinebright haven’t noticed any issues like that. I don’t know if there is a specific water to pins ratio that is “right”. I wish someone explained that part haha. I don’t put a lot in there.
You just have to buy some Cermark or Brilliance spray and it could be for the diode people haha. Yeah I should do that Im always on the look out for new/interesting suppliers.
You mentioned doing a “black pass” on the bottle opener to get that black engraving. What settings get that black pass or what’s the concept behind it? Less power? More power?
Thanks for the video Justin! Is it possible to use the laser to round the edges of the knife scales, for instance? Or is that an impractical task for the fiber laser? And also, can you use the conveyor belt on the F1 Ultra to do a batch of coins, even though each one takes a while? I'm assuming you can. 🤷
You probably could I know people do something similar where they run repeated clean passes over edges to soften them. Seems better suited for wet sanding/polishing stage though.
Yeah, that's what I was afraid of with the auto alignment, but I guess you could probably just do a good sized batch of coins on the build plate, right? I was just thinking of how to maximize the laser time overnight or if I'm gone all day 🤔 Thanks for your input Bro!
what is a "black pass" on a fiber laser. Just got the LaserPecker5 and there is no such thing in the software. Is it avail in Lightburn? I might move to that. Cool engravings. how long the X1 for the rooster? I'll check out that video
Seems to happen if you have a decent subscriber count. And that is across all industries and genres of TH-camrs. Its good for marketing, get their products seen directly by their target markets.
This is true. I ordered from them under my "real name" so they didnt know I had this channel. I also ordered 100 units of bottle openers so I guess it makes sense to send samples.
I noticed with my 30 watt raycus fiber I have to use cermark to get a black marking on brass. Do you have to as well or maybe it’s my laser and focus settings etc.
I am using a MOPA but you should be able to get a decent black. Off the top of my head I was doing like 500 speed, 50% power, 105khz and a really small interval like .002
My favourite supplier as well, excellent service to the UK 🙂
Thats awesome! The shipping is fast to the U.S. as well.

Haha thanks! Phils were down BAD for a while had to tune that out.
The indentation on the back of the necklace is to use like a worry stone to rub.
Very cool I didnt know that.
Cool blanks
High quality stuff
@@justinlaser 100%👍
Justin~ that's great ,
Thank you!
What media did you to tumble the koi fish? Great result!

Can you do a similar overview on items for the diode people, too? 🙃

Hubbie says the bevel on the bottle openers is to save my nails when opening cans 🤣
Lol that makes perfect sense 😅
Thank you so much :) Besides this, we offer no questions asked full refund policy.
Awesome stuffs!! Thank you! What machine do you use? Can I get the similar results with the S1?

I liked this vid. Thank you.
Appreciate it my friend

I haven’t tried my conveyor yet it’s worth a shot! The coins take so damn long I’d be scared to death if the auto-alignment was off haha

@@LogicBob I set up a template with 4, it was about 12 hrs. I wouldn’t want it to run if asleep, or away from the house tho.

So, you ordered two items, and they sent your order along with basically one of everything they sell? That's a pretty good deal!
Seems to happen if you have a decent subscriber count. And that is across all industries and genres of TH-camrs. Its good for marketing, get their products seen directly by their target markets.
Well I ordered 100 units of 2 items so that changes their math a little bit I assume

Ok I finished the video ha. Maybe I just need to play with my settings more to get that black? Unless you’re running a mopa on the bottle opener.

For the laser engraving, what fiber were you using in the video?
OMG Laser 60w MOPA. Great machine!
excuse me where didd you get the magnetic tumbler
I got mine off Amazon. There is a link in the video description. They sell them other places online depending on how much $ you want to spend.
Pry bar is for popping a beer can or lifting the tab on a soda can so the ladies don’t break their nails….
Makes total sense now haha
That must have been a heavy box...
"This is what they sent me." Is this an undisclosed sponsored video?
