I hear people complain about the sound alarm going off when ignition cant turn it off u gotta make sure it connect properly if not it gonna do that take it to a professional bike shop trust me this alarm 10/10 somone try to steal my bike last month boom it was a instant signal
Im looking for one like this that eliminates the need for key. I've seen police stopping motorcycle and first thing they do is take the key and hold it.
Looking at getting this system I have read and seen that it appears this system using the fob you can kill the engine even though it was started in range of the fob and with the key ie getting bike-jacked you can just disable the bike with the fob as they are riding away is that really how it works ?
It's quite possible he would set it off. I do believe the sensitivity can be adjusted and that combined with an antenna placement somewhere toward the top of the bike might alleviate that problem.
+Phat Cruiser I have the same alarm I just purchased for my 2017 hayabusa. Having an issue with a connector! Any chance you can help me out if I show you the picture?!
Phat Cruiser I was thinking about doing that.. Just taking it to my dealer and having them hook it up. I'm 90% done.. Just can't figure out the white wire with the blue quick connector.. Not sure if I had to put the 12v switched wire source through that and closed the the cap. Thanks for your quick reply though! Thanks for your quick reply!
Sometime mines arm it's self automatically while I'm riding 😡. Nothing worse then being at a stop light with an alarm going off people looking at you as if your riding a stolen bike.
Mine died today on me after 19 months. Would not disarm. Had to rip out the main unit from the bike and leave it screaming it's ass off at work to get home...customer service suggests it's a faulty remote...and are happy to sell me one for only $109.99
As much as I like this device, it just seems way too inconvenient to install. I don’t want to take my bike to a dealership. That’ll cost an arm and a leg.
Good to see an Aussie review 👍
I would combine that with a disk brake alarm lock.
Just bought a used 2016 ktm rc390 and looking for an alarm. How's the scorpio i900 holding up still? Would you still recommend it?
100% mate. Hasn't skipped a beat and works a treat.
@@PhatCruiser Noice! How much did you pay for installation? I called a bunch of shops and surprised how most would not install the scorpio alarm.
I'm unable to see the video of the unboxing because it's private 👎
I like how it automatically arms and disarms when you insert the key. what a great idea for your awesome bike buddy :)
+outie555 it's a bloody expensive system but I figured if she's at least screaming as they carry her off it might deter a few would be thieves.
Lovely part of the world, with some spectacular views.. cheers the review.
+GTs Garage thanks for watching. It's sure is a gorgeous area.

+Whoa Miss Nelly Cheers! Yeah the warning beeps should start if anyone is standing beside it.
Nice man this is awesome! Hello from Florida!
This should work in a scooter battery too right?

Great vid dude!
+Ninja Life Crisis thanks mate!
Icons come up but doesn't it beep?
Quick question, I have a medium sized dog. do you think he would set the perimeter sensor off, or can i just the settings so he wont make it go off?
It's quite possible he would set it off. I do believe the sensitivity can be adjusted and that combined with an antenna placement somewhere toward the top of the bike might alleviate that problem.
Ok Bandit and I thank you! Lol
Does your siren keep chirping 3 times every x seconds/minutes when the perimeter sensor is on?

+KeIVIoSabe I can try but not sure how much use I'll be. I had mine installed by my local Yamaha dealer.

I got a Alarm System but i don't mind having Scorpio SR-i900 Motorcycle Alarm on my bike :)
+Black Dragonrider it's quite expensive but we'll worth it for its features.
Looking for a buyer of Scorpio security alarm lock, new never used, for 430 AUD. NEGOTIABLE

+SickPrid3 well that sux big time. If it's faulty they should replace it.
SickPrid3 did you have to show proof of ownership cause I can't afford one full price but I can say mine broke for 1/2
No, you don't need proof of ownership.
Howd you get if for that price email them?
I emailed them saying it was faulting and I had to break it to stop the ring they just sent me to a replacement page :(
does it have gps how does it work for tracking
+Pat Winders no GPS unfortunately. You'd need to look at something like Ride Core-S for that.
ok all fine but, key in ingition disarm alarm,so any theft take key and hammer and play with ingition
There are lot bad reviews about this alarm, It doesnt work properly like they ad. Lost , delay to send sigh or send false alarm much more.
