Howdy ya'll, I knew there would be random musicians from the show that I'd forget because there's so many of them. Reply with anyone's I forgot here and if there's enough, MAYBE a part 2...
Its possible that the sopranos generally have an appreciation for singing since even Livia reacts positively when Janice plays her Pavarotti. It could just be some aspect of the family we don't really see.
Because you focused on the best, the wedding singers I was waiting for you to mention did not make it, and we still need to figure out what visiting day was doing with those meows. I might be imagining someone singing volare at some point.. great video!
Alright let me tell ya a coupla three things: 1. You play all those random snippets of Tony singing, but skipped the bit where Junior sings flirtatiously to the nurse! _I remember youuuu._ Dude was a playa. 2. You missed the one rapper who gives a live performance on the show: Chris with "mah bitch mah ho, mah ho mah bitch". Also, the rapper in hospital wasn't there with a broken arm, he got shot seven times and lost his thumb. 3. You point out that the Rusty/Valli double thing is done when Chris quotes Springsteen - this is done more directly when the feds play Tony the recording of his mudda from Green Grove and he jokes that it's the Springsteen box set. But it's actually done even more directly as one of Van Zandt's own solo songs (with SVZ singing) is used in the scene when Tony and Gloria are at the motel (Amour Fou) which she remarks on how much she loves it and dances around. She asks Tony if he likes it, and he says "it's okay".
1 - yes I forgot about that Uncle Jun moment you mentioned, but I did use him singing at the funeral to show he's the best singer in the immediate Soprano family. 2A - That line sounds familiar but I can't recall the scene/episode right now. 2B - Damn one more mistake like that and I'm quitting YT lol. 3 - Excellent contributions to the point I'm making in the video, thanks! I don't remember everything, that's why ya'll iz heer
@@couchbumkino5423 2A- It's when Chris is on the couch in the club with Ade and Danielle and he's trying it on with both of them and he says "oh it's not so hard to be a rapper" and does a mock rap song as a joke. Can't remember which ep it is. (sorry for the other comment, I'm never sure when YT makes things vanish)
