I broke in logging in that valley and worked up there for three seasons 94-97... Picked pine mushrooms up there as well in the late 80s,beautiful place man.
Thanks for the video, appreciate it! Do you remember the dates that you camped? Also, how was the bugs/mosquitos? Trying to plan a trip up there this summer.
Hi, we were there in either June 2021 when the spring melt was happening. The road was closed in the fall of 2022 after an atmospheric river flooded part of the region, so we aren't sure what it's like now 😕 Let us know if you go what it's like 😀 Happy trails
It's really sad that so many people are discovering this area ..they are destroying it this is native lands ...people leave garbage and no working toilets
People leaving garbage behind is not cool and is something we see often everywhere we go. We bring garbage bags, gloves and a garbage picker so we can leave our site cleaner than we found it and encourage others to do the same.

Nice! Yeah it's so pretty in there 💚
I've been in there a couple of times and enjoyed each time. The challenge is not getting down to the campground...it's getting back up.
Getting back up the road would definitely be a challenge, too.
Great video!
Thanks! It's a beautiful spot.
Nice video! This area looks so nice to camp especially during a heat wave haha!
Yeah the water is so cold it's perfect! Thanks for watching 😃

Yup, see place we lost the drone. Hoping to go white water rafting there one day, too.

4 x 4 required…. really that road is driveable in a Honda Civic
Just because you can do it doesn't mean you should do it 😁
