You're welcome back Ezinne! I love the fact you used the Palmnut cream instead of palm oil i bet this bitterleave soup tested so delicious. I'm coming with my fufu 😍
Thanks darlin', I made this and it came out delish... Absolutely fantastic... So so delicious, I don't have cocoyam, so I used oatmeal powder...everyone loved it & my lovely hubby enjoyed it.. Thanks a mil 😘
@@youngvagabond7768 oatmeal isn't same as ede but is as near to it as it could be. If no one tells you it's oats used to thicken the soup, you won't know.
So glad to see you back Ezinne. Missed your sweet voice 😊. Oxtail is one of my new favorite thing now. It’s really yummy. Yes you’re right, the palm nut concentrate is way better . Since I tried it I knew I wasn’t going back to palm oil. The different is very clear. Wow Very generous of him to give you all that ogili. It looks very very yummy. The color is popping and the consistency is perfect. 😋😋.
I love your video and style of cooking.. But u would really love it more, if you do us a favour by subtitles most of those wording names of the items you made mention. For benefit of those who doesn't really understand you clearer

Sis use boiling water and add baking soda and add the bitter leaf. Don't leave it too long because it will get too soft. After that you just wash with water n it will take away the bitterness

Thank you for this. But how did you wash the bitter leaf?
Can I use smoke fish in place of dry fish
Yes dear
You can
Looks so good🥰🥰 did you use the entire palm nut concentrate 800g or just half 400g??
Sis use boiling water and add baking soda and add the bitter leaf. Don't leave it too long because it will get too soft. After that you just wash with water n it will take away the bitterness
Thank you for this information, I always ask myself how to take away the bitterness.
