    I am back at my neighbors where I stumped earlier in the season to install around 20,000 sq. ft. of lawn! Due to the size of job and some of the stumps, I worked with my other neighbor's son, Adam, to tag team the job out with his bigger equipment. We also had Adam's neighbor Dave do the Hydroseeding. It was a true neighborhood effort!
    Equipment Used:
    Skid Steer/CTL: 2021 Bobcat T66
    Landscape Rake: Bobcat 5b Landscape Rake
    Mini Excavator: 2021 Bobcat E26 R-Series
    Dump Trailer: 2020 Big Tex 14LP
    Excavator: Hitachi 160 LC
    Skid Steer: Mustang MTL25

Ended up watching this one video where there was a Palmer gas propane tank, figured it must have been southern nh. Randomly watch this and realize its my neighborhood!! Watched you guys do this job crazy small world! Im a little off mammoth rd

      Ha no way! That is pretty funny. Though, I have actually had quite a few customers find my youtube and then call me based on work I have made videos on. And yes, I have been watching Camarata for years, neat to know I was on a recommendation beside his vids!

      Thanks! I put in around 1.5 days earlier in the season stumping it and then we did around 3.5 days this time around to complete it. So about 5 days overall.

    @ 36:00 do you have the parking brake on or is the transmission in park in your truck?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is my dads truck and he was driving it, so I am not sure, but I always tell him to put the parking brake on. Easy to forget with these trucks having an electrical push button under the wheel vs a pedal/lever.

    did you find the harley take or the landscape rake worked better? I'll be doing 2 acres in spring thats almost ready for final grade and seed not sure what's better to rent.

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The landscape rake won't really cut any grades beyond feathering out loose materials and picking up debris. So it is great for use on spread loam, or areas that are already cut to a grade like in this video. The harley rake will be your best bet for cutting any grades in packed material while also treating the soil, you will just have to be cognizant of debris it separates out.

    Wouldn't be the second one to ask, but what was the price on this project? I'm sure this was at least 50k worth of work

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It was much less than that, a little under half that cost actually.

    What's an approximate cost on a project like this?

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cost can vary greatly depending on region/exact job specifics, so its hard to give an accurate way to estimate. But for this project it was around $15-20k (Material, Disposal, Machines and Operator(s) Time)

    • @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC
      @CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, its a 160, so its a bit over 16 tons with attachments and such.
