Right now there is no shortage of issues that need the Supreme Court's attention and intervention - but increasingly the apex court of India has grown quiet and opaque in its judgements and operations (i.e. Sealed Covers)
The latest edition of The DeshBhakt takes a hard look at the number of cases that have rocked the SC - including allegations again the former CJI Ranjan Gogoi himself. Instances that have largely gone unreported.
The trend - over the last few years shows that people are getting less from the highest court of the land - something that has resulted in politicians like Yogendra Yadav to call for people to take to the streets to protect their rights and the Constitution of India.

Govt is behaving as per constitution, hence courts can't interfere in it. Courts are not above constitution. And if courts are not giving orders as per your wish, doesn't mean courts are sold. I am not a modi supporter but I know that India has best military and judiciary and if anyone tries to defame these two institutions, then such a person doesn't deserve to live in this country and courts should book him under charges of contempt of court.

I was also wondering why sc is delaying this so much important issue.
Because,rulers mainly has to get the votes continuously to testing the people on the streets,while there is continuous election are happening,they have to show cause their enimity and personality in front of their andth bakths.
Court is their fathers property,their slaves are getting the salary for not functioning,while the rulers brawling on the streets.
So,it is not necessary for the slaves to run the court as they wish.
