I'm not an ASMR kinda person but...boy oh boy those up-close HD shots of yarn with a side of Toni's gorgeous nails are *compelling*. Also love the wholesome arc featuring the cutest heckin' dog sweater on a scraggly little man.
She always has such GREAT nails!!! I noticed that she had them done between the stitching and her "talking to the camera" shots, and I'm DYING to see them!!!!!
I've made two tops with CotLin- one knit, one crochet - and they are so soft and comfy to wear! The solid color is definitely softer than their speckled variety, though.
He reminds me of my first dog too. In the story in my head, he looks like that because he’s upset the cameras are on. My little Frizzle HATED photography.
So I finally did it, I picked up my hook and followed your tutorial after watching you for a while. Now I'm looking for cotton yarns for a dress I'm knitting, can't wait!
@@cezzzarrr i think they just used knitting and crocheting interchangeably (which is fair), but some knit patterns ask for hooks, especially when casting on.
I haven't crocheted with a cotton/linen blend yet. But years ago I wove some hand towels. I machine wash and dry them. Then I press them. They have held up amazingly well.
cotton is one of my favorite fibers, partially because of how affordable it is and how readily available it is in so many colors. Acrylic and Cotton are all I use because most other fibers are simply too expensive for my experimental projects that may end up frogged and wrinkled and reused 3 times until I like the result
I just love these reviews! Your well thought out explanation and definition of the yarns is awesome. And I have to say you are cracking me up. Thank you for all the amazing videos you do you inspire me every time I watch you.
Omg I LOVE Comfy worsted! I got the comfy bundle from your destash and made my sister a hexa cardi with most of the comfy and it turned out so well! She wears it all the time now and I definitely want to make more with it!
i hope i get to try happy place soon. got to test myself to it! currently using mercerized cotton, Yarn and Colors "MUST-HAVE" 2 weight. it's beautiful and i like the way it glides on my Prym G hook. But I agree that center pull does get muddled and has slowed me down more than I'd like. I am enjoying crochet, Thanks to my first into Erica✨ Thanks for my re-introduction Toni✨
Cotton is honestly my favorite to work with! As long as it's not like Billow 😂 I love me a good mercerized cotton though. I'm making a dress out of their new Animation yarn. Yeah, it's *supposed* to be for amigurumi but I'm a rebel and don't follow the rules 🤪 The dress is more form fitting and the stitch definition is UNREAL. It's quickly becoming a favorite. My favorite cotton yarn is actually Paintbox Cotton from Love crafts. I've made so many summer tops and cardigans and worn them a ton and they all look as good as the day I finished them!
Highly recommend the FiddleSticks cotton yarns, Wren 8ply and Finch 10ply, they have 36 colours and they seem to keep the under tone the same for cool colours and for warm colours so you can get a varied pallette and know that tonely they will sit nicly together
Thanks for doing a yarn snob review!!! I missed these! I agree with you Toni, 100% on Billow. I tried it in pink for a breast cancer survivor's chunky scarf and I couldn't STAND crocheting with it. Yes, it was soft, but I couldn't work with it so I went with CoBoo held double.
Thanks for the helpful video! I LOVE Pepper's sweater. What a good sport for letting you model him for it lol! Can't wait until your next video. Can we see a tutorial again soon? Maybe something summer-related?
I missed the live, but I'm glad for the replay. I had been wondering about Cotlin and Comfy and how they would work up. Thank you for these Snob yarn reviews!❤
I need in crochet winter and summer. It really doesn’t make any difference with the weather is, especially if you have air conditioning. Yes have mama back soon. She is a treasure.
Omg, the doggie sweater turned out soooo awesome!! And Pepper doggie looks so handsome in his new sweater-he loves it! Great yarn snob review. I've seen lots of tutorials on YT using the Comfy yarn, so it must be popular. I may have to order some!
i've been crocheting or knitting a new sweater for my dog, Jules, every October for 8 years now....this October will be 9 years.....i make her a new one because she tears them up scratching her fleas....New Orleans is a breeding ground for fleas...gotta treat her every month with flea stuff.....but i use scrap yarn balls of left overs to make her sweaters.....one year i made her a sweater out of Tunsian Simple stitch....it was so cute on her
AW Toni! Your dog is adorable in that sweater!!! I love it!! I just got Wollen Cotton in the shipment this week and I like the feel of it. I got it in purple so I have to think of what to knit with it. Running off to look at patterns! Love your videos!!
I know what you mean about having a yarn crush. That's how I feel about blossom cakes right now. I'm woking on my 4th blanket using it and have a 5th planned for the next one. LOL
My favorite most favorite yarn is the Mayflower Cotton Merino. It is a 50 / 50 blend. I believe it is discontinued which really sucks as this is what I'm making my temperature blanket with it. I hope I bought enough...😢
Thanks for timely content! Question for any who have answers...what is the best yarn for squishy, absorbent face cloths and dish cloths? Thanks for all your wonderful reviews!
Great question! The best yarn for face and dish cloths is 100% cotton, or a cotton blended with other cellulose (plant) fibers. Something like WeCrochet's Dishie would be a fantastic choice.
Watching this a few days after I bought some comfy for the first time ever for a dear friends baby’s blanket. Glad I didn’t do her and the baby wrong 😅
Thanks for reviewing some cotton yarns for summer stitching! I'd love to know what you think of Samia (a new Knit Picks / We Crochet yarn). I've never heard of cupro before, but I'm so curious what that's like as a yarn fibre. I'm working with CotLin right now in a striped project and there is no colour bleeding at all! Those pigments aren't going anywhere ❤
YESSSSS BABE WAKE UP NEW YARN SNOB JUST DROPPED
I'm not an ASMR kinda person but...boy oh boy those up-close HD shots of yarn with a side of Toni's gorgeous nails are *compelling*. Also love the wholesome arc featuring the cutest heckin' dog sweater on a scraggly little man.

I can't be the only one who squealed at the reveal of Pepper in his new sweater!
As soon as I saw the sweater I was so excited to see it on him!
Your heart-shaped glasses are fabulous! ❤
I've made two tops with CotLin- one knit, one crochet - and they are so soft and comfy to wear! The solid color is definitely softer than their speckled variety, though.
Peppers vest!! He reminds me of my childhood dog so much and always looks like he’s being held hostage 😂
Everything about him just screamed, "MAAAAAAHM! WHY???" But he so cute tho!
He reminds me of my first dog too. In the story in my head, he looks like that because he’s upset the cameras are on. My little Frizzle HATED photography.
Omg! The dog sweater!! Stop it!! ❤😂
So I finally did it, I picked up my hook and followed your tutorial after watching you for a while. Now I'm looking for cotton yarns for a dress I'm knitting, can't wait!
knitting whit a hook????
❤❤❤

@@cezzzarrr no I knit normally, but I'm finally trying crochet.

Pepper is adorable in his new sweater! I love your review shows.
Your glasses! Love them so much!
Pepperoni looks so stinking adorable in his new sweater!
OMG that lil Pepper boy is SO CUTE! Sweater is fabulous! 🖤🩷🖤
The countdown in the beginning is so mesmerizing, I think I need like an hour loop of that (including the music) to fall asleep to 😂
I need a Pepperboy feature in every video because he is such a sweet pea!
I haven't crocheted with a cotton/linen blend yet. But years ago I wove some hand towels. I machine wash and dry them. Then I press them. They have held up amazingly well.
I love how we watched Toni's transition from being a cat mom to being a dog mom. Her reaction to Pepper in the sweater was the greatest! 😂

PEPPER IS SO ADORABLE! And his sweater is precious!!!
Oh Toni, I love you! Made me laugh (twice) at 7:55 (Had to back up and see it again.). You’re just too good. I, too, am a fan of Comfy, by the way.
Comfy is my all time fav for scarves, soooo soft on neck .
I’m trying to wait patiently 😊😊
Nice ❤

LOVING both the colors you’re wearing and all of the floral! #nails and Pepper what a beautiful gift you’ve been made!
He looks super sharp on point. Love the colors saving this video for reference.

I love how your teddy bear looks in his crocheted sweater! :D
Pepper is an angel and I'm so glad I found your channel! You're crazy talented 🩷

YARN SNOBB IS BACCCK! I can’t ever work w/ cotton yarn but I might give one of these a try!
I love the cheeky call outs!
Oh. Loving the idea of a hexi cardi in a Woolen Cotton yarn! Pepperoni looks adorbs in his new sweater! Thank you for the reviews! 🦋
Woolen Cotton would make a superb cardigan - so light and comfy!! Thanks for dropping by the video :-)
OMG, yes! I want a yarn for a summer project in MS, but I don't know what. Thanks!
oh my god Pepper looks adorable! I have to try this pattern for my cats. Thanks for the reviews!
Pepperoni is so adorable! I put this doggo sweater in my Etsy cart! Going to make my Labrador, Athena, a vest using Happy Place.
Omg, the doggie sweater turned out soooo awesome!! And Pepper doggie looks so handsome in his new sweater-he loves it! Great yarn snob review. I've seen lots of tutorials on YT using the Comfy yarn, so it must be popular. I may have to order some!
PLEASE do a tutorial for a dog sweater! You're the best!
Cotlin is great for clothing! It’s one of my go-tos for kid items. Very soft.
I love yogur glasses!

WOWZA! Love Love that pup sweater!
Absolutely LOVE & look forward to your Videos 😍
I like to use mercanized cotton for amigurumi :-) it holds its shape well and has good colors. Although I do like it thinner than worsted weight
I am so impressed with Pepper’s sweater!! It is darling!!❤❤❤
Thank you! Contrary to his funny faces, he really liked it. Didn't want me to take it off of him.
@@TLYarnCrafts 🤣🤣🤣

I love your keyboard. So cute 🥰
Pepper is so cute at this sweater
Awh! Pep is too cute in his sweater! 😊

Yarn crush YES constantly
O m gee, Pepper!!! My Boston/Giant Chihuahua is so envious! 🥰🥰🥰😍
I know what you mean about having a yarn crush. That's how I feel about blossom cakes right now. I'm woking on my 4th blanket using it and have a 5th planned for the next one. LOL
Your glasses are sooooo cute 🥰
I looove a good cotton! Thanks, girl! ☺️🫶🏻🧶🍦
I don't like rambling yarns. I refer the same ply all the way through. I'm in love with Alpaca
Peppa looks so cute
Toni - I have that same cover up!🥰 Love all your work!
I love this thing - it's so perfect for summer. Glad to be twinning with you!!!!
I am knitting a tank top out of CotLin right now and it is a great experience.
My favorite most favorite yarn is the Mayflower Cotton Merino. It is a 50 / 50 blend. I believe it is discontinued which really sucks as this is what I'm making my temperature blanket with it. I hope I bought enough...😢

11:29 Awww, Pepper!! Ya so cute!!!🥰
These reviews are so helpful. ❤🙏
I'm really glad you like them! There are so many yarns out there - I hope you find some that are worth trying from my videos :-)
Watching this a few days after I bought some comfy for the first time ever for a dear friends baby’s blanket. Glad I didn’t do her and the baby wrong 😅
I have actually used Comfy to make knitted toys. So much nicer than just acrylic. (Oh, and Billow sucks for knitting, too)
Can we get a cotton review from Joann’s or Micheal’s? Reviewing like coboo, k+c cotton and what not
Thanks for reviewing some cotton yarns for summer stitching!
I honestly love using cotton because I make my own wash cloths but oh my GOSH all of these yarns that can't go in the dryer?? girl please lmfaoo
my favorite seriessss ❤🔥
Pepper's vest 😍, pepper in the vest😍👌🏿
I want to know where that keyboard came from it's just as cute as pep in his sweater!
0:21 oh good cause I really want to crochet but the thought of acrylic yarn was making me even sweat more!!😂
