I dont see alot of people saying this, but savitar is so fast he teleported around, and was only visible by speedsters until choosing to be visible to all, that is proof of a higher level or speed. Not only that but he was insanely powerfull in combat. Being able to beat wally barry and jesse at once. If he was unaffected by the timeline the only character i could see beating him is flash all forces or negative thawne. And for people who say he dosent have the experience thawne has, he was trapped in the speedforce for an infinite amount of time, was a living paradox that was ignoring the timeline to a certain degree, and he went back to the dawn of humanity as cemented himself as a god. And for people who say he went back in time at the end of S3 we was defeated in the future in his timeline, not S3. so correct me if im wrong but i belive he observed the events of everything up until S6. with some slight diffrenced ofc since iris was dead. And for the people who say after iris died the flash stopped fighting, thats wrong because he mentions devoe and how 'they' build the cerebral inhibitor, which means that in his timeline the flash team was still working together at that time. No other speedster has been so fast that their movements are untracable until they stop. To be able to seemingly teleport you would need to move close to the speed of light, which is MUCH faster than any character could move before S7 other than him. He had also shown good IQ feats, such as recuiting frost to do his dirty work and specifically to deal with black flash, who wouldve destroyed him otherwise. And since he knows the events of everything before S7 he will constantly know and plan everything to his advantage, knowing everything that is going to happen and knowing all of your opponents strenghs and weaknesses is extremly OP in a fight. Savitar is criminally underated. Thawne S7 and beyond, Flash S7 and beyond, Devoe at full power and godspeed beat him though. IDC if godspeed is a garbage character the fact that S7 flash needed thawn's help to beat him places godspeed above savitar and zoom.

Yea, but you should also keep in mind that it took thawne a long time to figure out who the flash actually was but it took Devoe seconds, so I don't really know how thawne could be smarter.
