Onii where is that because even in Lagos and PH where you get water easily, that amount cannot even buy the sumo and the casings you need. Now sumo alone is about 300K.
@FloFinance Flo I've dug 2 boreholes in Lagos very recently, one at our building site and one at our rental because the landlord jacked the water bill up. We spent less than 200k on each, and that's including the pump.

Prices of building materials did not drop when the dollar rate fell , and I remembered that most Nigerians complained that the dollar drop didn't reduce prices of goods in some sectors of the economy. Once again, thank you for reminding those in the diaspora to invest at home. Most of them regret not investing when they grow old.
