    Hi Mr Stumpy,
I really like your videos. About this one, I must say that I realized such an upgrade years ago with melamine. It exceeds the table on the in feed side that serves as an in feed table, just like the one you show, but with a different design, of course. It does work pretty well. I added an ajustable leg at the end of the in feed extension to support long pieces. An adjustable leg can be made from a telescoping painter pole or shower curtain rod. Safe, simple and free (or almost). Not as light as this aluminum one, of course, but for the price, I like it. We are in the DIY universe, so I encourage people to make their own tools and jigs because it is also a part of the DIY mentality. Good job. Thanks.

My 36" version came in yesterday (16th May 2024). I was surprised on the quality, and how heavy and strong the fence is. Easily fit onto my DeWalt Table saw in my garage size hobby workshop. The infeed and outfeed attachments is really well designed, very strong and fit the fence perfectly, and only today saw your video on this fence.

I got mine a couple weeks ago when 731 woodworks announced taylor tools had a shipment coming and was acceoting preorders. Ive already been using the feather boards on the router table quite a bit. I havent out the fence on the saw yet, but one of the main benefits i like is the downward feather boards which dont readily fit on a table saw like the side ones do. Really helpful for jeeping the wood on the table when ripping long miters. And I do have a jobsite saw too, but it hadnt dawned on me to put the fence on that one since i don't use it as much.

I love it. I've been going sans table saw, because despite doing my kitchen this year, I mainly want to make toys, games and puzzles. And decent furniture. A table saw takes up too much space and I have other ways to do the cuts people use them for. Like a clamping straight edge 54" long to get sheets into easy to move pieces with my circular. Jig saws, miter (both powered and manual), dovetail, Japanese pull, European push, and a great router round out the table saw stuff without the huge space a saw table takes up. But if I had a fence like this, I might want a tiny portable table saw. It's always good to have several different blades going so, you don't spend so much time changing settings.
I do like options. Pretty cool fence!

Not planning on upgrading just yet to a Harvey cabinet saw right away. Instead I am building a bench integrated with the Kreg Adaptive Cutting System/Kreg Track Saw. This will will reduce my need in many cases for a table saw. Yet I would be a fool to watch this video and think that I shouldn't explore getting the Bow Products 46" XT XTENDER Fence System. Anything that would make my world a safer place is something I am willing to invest my hard-earned money in. Even when I get my Harvey down the road, it's not like I couldn't still use this fence. This is the second channel I saw praising this product. Seems like clever advertising even if it is worth the price.

Thanks for this. After several years of longing for a new Precision Cabinet saw, I'm finally Entertaining the thought of perhaps getting that sawstop jobsite pro instead ...My shop is so small, plus It's not like I've been longing to spend $2,500.
After watching videos About that saw, My 2 concerns have been about The raising and lowering of the blade Being very coarse, and the fence not being dependably square and accurate. Perhaps this will improve that, but I know that it won't make it square. Hmmm.

I feel horrible that I cannot afford their product right now. But oh the ideas in my head to make a solution like this from the what I have on hand right now!
I am what you would call a "Budget Driven" wood worker. I have an older Shopsmith MK V and if there is an improvement I have been trying to solve it is the out-feed because unlike modern saws, the table height changes with cut depth.

I bought a full set a month or two back and it definitely makes a huge difference. I got the 46” fence, a pair of the supports, a pair of the vertical feather boards and a horizontal feather board. The comments below are not wrong - it’s a good bit of change (dollars), but it’s also make a big change in the usefulness, accuracy and safety of the saw. And FWIW, these accessories can multi-task - put them on a bandsaw, replace your table saw and use them on the new saw, etc. Those fence extrusions deserve a special comment. They are seriously solid (and heavy, which is not a problem). I had been thinking about making something sort of like this using the usual suspects and they’re nowhere near as solid.

that is nice. I wonder if the finish carpenter I've worked with the most has one, already. but he does normally use infeed and outfeed tables.

I use the same jig for three years alredy. DIY of cource. Bought an exctusion and mounted a piece of plywood on it with a T-track in it. Standar extrusions normaly have suitable t-nuts, so one can always mount or dismount a piece of L extrusion or just some plywood rests to support stock on either end.

Looks like a great piece of kit and solves several issues I'm having but unfortunately it doesn't ship to Europe. Maybe I can construct something like this myself from some off the shelf featherboards and plywood.

It is worth noting that the Bow Fence works great with the Harvey Big Eye fence. It fixes my one complaint with the Big Eye which was a way to attach feather boards etc. to the fence plate. The Bow Fence is a perfect replacement to the one that ships with the Big Eye.

I extended both the tabletop and the fence on my jobsite saw years ago, for reasons noted in the video, but yeah, this fence system is better.
