There is literally no reason to believe Malenia is stronger than Radahn. The only argument to make is that they were equally strong, because malenia could blow herself up ending things in a tie. (Remember she transported herself into a coma that lasted most likely centuries afterwards) Radahn beat her in their normal fight, being the honorable warrior. It is much more likely that he held back because he didnt want to nuke all the soldiers around him with his gravity magic. As for Rot-Godess Malenia? Yeah there is an argument to make that her ascended form is stronger than Radahn.
i don’t think godefroy is godrick. i think godrick was such a coward that instead of marching with his army like malenia, radahn, or morgott, he made a stunt double to go in his place. the stunt double stole the rune for him, got captured and his identity exposed, whilst godrick acquires a great rune without ever leaving the castle. cus i mean, does godrick look like a fella who leaves his castle? even kenny haight thought he was a coward. yet, he has a great rune
He got the idea of grafting from Godfrey, who grafted the beast Serosh to his back. Godrick idolizes Godfrey, as he set up shot in the castle with imagery of him and bears a lion on his great axe. The main difference is Godfrey grafted to reduce his power by lowering his bloodlust in order to be a more proper ruler. Godrick however, tried to graft to gain power, which is the opposite of what Godfrey intended.
Everything we are fighting is past their prime. So it makes sense when we go to a place where things have been outside of the shattering influence, the event that nerfed them all, we have trouble defeating them. DLC is tougher due to lore.
A few of them like Radahn and Rennala are weakened, but a lot of them are at their strongest by the time we get to them. Morgott and Mohg are pretty much unchanged, apart from gaining Great Runes. The nature of grafting and the God-Devouring Serpent means that Godrick and Rykard only get stronger as time goes on. Malenia might be a worse swordsman, but the rot makes up for it. I also don’t see any reason why Maliketh would be any weaker either seeing as he still has the Rune of Death

There’s also the fact that not only Maliketh’s Power wasn’t complete, he was physically weakened since he could never be sated and was always starving. Maliketh is pinnacle.

Radhn being known as the mightiest of the demigods isn’t just found in item descriptions. Jerren and Miquella himself thought of him as the strongest, so much so that Miquella desired for him to become his consort because he believed Radahn’s strength and kindness was above that of anyone else, even his twin sister
Him and Godwyn always seemed like they were the true champions of the Lands Between in Lore they just got killed or changed before they could hit full potential
Radahn and malenia fought to a draw implying they’re equal in strength. When the player fights malenia, she’s in second bloom which is her strongest. As for dlc, radahn becomes a complicated topic since it is and isn’t him.
The draw was a technicality based on neither dieing in reality Radahn won the fight by a large margin. Radahn was very much winning pushing Malenia to bloom for the first time and Radahn tank that scarlet rot nuke point blank and then continued to fight Malenia and Radahn eventually completely incapacitated Malenia and she was dragged off the battle field as her entire army had to slow down Radahn who was still very much able to fight
Radahn when he met morgot was himself smaller than morgot, so this is clearly a younger radahn, most likely he just began learning gravity magic and had no mastery over it since Leonard could still carry him at such size albeit with some difficulty.

Malenia and Radahn fought to a stalemate while she was supressing all of her Rot, like she is probably one of the few characters we actually see in her true Prime and having a power far above the one she held in the past once she becomes the Goddess of Rot. So Malenia and Radahn were pretty equal before the Rot Ascension so I hardly think he would be able to beat her now in strength.
She got knocked out by her ace attack trying to kill radahn because she couldnt take him down without it and still failed while Radahn was holding bsck the stats. If she wasnt carried away radahn wouldve killed her

Great list but I disagree on a few things. 1 I would put the Lich dragon beneath the omen twins due to being insane and fighting a younger version of a character with not feats. 2, I would put morgott over mogh due to having both the erdtree’s power and some blood magic of his own infused on his sword 3, I would put prime Godfrey and maliketh at the top due to being known as the strongest and being sought out by marika to fight battles she could not. (I would put a non-rune of death Maliketh below Godfrey but if he had it I would favor him)

Many people knew of Morgott as the king of Lendeyll, like Gideon. What none of them knew, including Gideon was Morgott's true identity as an omen. That's part of the reason he took on the mantle of Margit the Fell. So he could protect Lendeyll and the Erdtree without anyone ever finding out that their king was an Omen. Something that if widely known, would bring chaos to the city and its residents would most likely try to overthrow and kill him.
i think astel needs to be above renalla. renalla draws her power from glintstone (the stars) and astel is a being born from it (and made up almost entirely of glintstone)
I'd like to remind everyone that the Rot in Malenia isn't just a disease. It is said to be one of the most powerful outer-god-like beings in the known universe. She is an unparalleled swordstress, but that God in her flesh means that her power will outlast her life, and every other demigod doomed to the cycle that rot represents.
Outer gods arenr true gods theyre kami. The translation in words and culture is what confuses yall so much. Kamis are more like a natural disaster influencing life. You cant find any life that was truly made by the outer gods they only corrupt the grester will is the one true god that can make life.
With that being said rot goddess malenia when beat says demigod felled it doesnt say God felled fromsoft wouldnt make that kind of mistake. She was never a true god

Yeah, but he also lost ALOT in that fight. His wings got shredded, he lost both arms, and he lost one of his legs too. Also, I think taking off some of those heads was luck because Pasidusax's heads can be seen biting into Bayle. So Bayle likely took off straight up in the air while Pasidusax's necks got stuck on his back which resulted in them being ripped off. However, in the end Pasidusax is the one that won that battle because Bayle fled.
I LOVED how at the end basiclly he showed how all the runes we got make up the elden ring image i just realised that and it just made the lore better for me
Video is fire af. Might be controversial, but in my honest opinion I think Mohg scales past both Rykard and Fortissax. A lot of the stuff I say from hereon out will have a lot of speculation and personal analysis of game mechanics, so feel free to comment and correct / dispute me (as long as you're civil about it.) We don't get much combat feats of Mohg, but lore-wise we know that at the very least, he has had close communion with an Outer God (the Formless Mother.) While this connection itself does not say much, I believe that the reason Mohg would scale higher is the specific effect the Formless Mother is tied to: bleed. An astounding 14 (including Mohg himself) out of 15 bosses on this list can bleed, with various resistance levels, with the only exception being the Elden Beast. From a gameplay perspective, bleed is a very strong status (especially in PvE) effect that deals % damage + 100-200 damage depending on the weapon. However, I'm going to use a slightly more realistic approach and (based off of bleed's official name "Hemorrhage:) assume that skills/effects that cause the Hemorrhage status effect cause multiple mid-to-large scale external hemorrhages, leading to blood loss. Going with this slightly more realistic approach, I believe Mohg's wide access to bleed becomes a very strong equalizer in fights, being able to face enemies that may be conventionally stronger than him by abusing Bloodflame to cause such hemorrhages. Not only that, but gameplay-wise, Mohg himself has a passive Lord of Blood's Exultation effect that boosts the damage he deals whenever anything in the vicinity bleeds. Not to mention that if we once again look at gameplay, Mohg has access to limited healing through his Bloodboon Ritual, which could put him back into a fight that he was losing. Another thing that I think makes him much stronger than originally anticipated is that, unlike Morgott, Mohg accepts his Omen heritage. While we don't really get a good peak at Mohg's physique under his robes, he wields a massive trident which is implied to be quite a heavy weapon (through his animations when swinging it), but he swings it with relative ease. We can assume this is thanks to the brute strength that Omens are known for (see Omen Cleaver description), and due to his stature being quite a bit larger than the average Omen in the game (with the general assumption that the Tarnished is about 5'7", Radagon/Marika place around the 8-9ft mark, I'd generally estimate and say Mohg is roughly 11-12ft tall), we can also assume that he is much stronger physically as well. While not reflected very well within the game, I also think that Mohg would have pretty solid mobility owning to his wings. While he moves slow on foot, within the game it's shown that he actually has pretty good control of his wings and is quite fast with them as well. I'd say while definitely not as strong as a dragon's wings, he'd probably be pretty equal with them aerial mobility wise. What I think Mohg's serverly lacks in would be is actual combat experience. While his twin brother, Morgott, has actual fight experience with the lore, we aren't really given a reason to believe Mohg has actually ever directly fought someone besides the Tarnished. My first reason being that while everyone else was occupied with fighting each other, Mohg essentially stole away Miquella's egg and hid away within his palace. Gameplay-wise, it is painfully obvious that nobody taught him how to wield a pointy weapon. He purely relies on his brute strength and generally uses his trident much more akin to a club, and when he does choose to use it as an actual thrusting weapon, generally does not use its range to his advantage and thrusts with just the head of the weapon going a little farther in front of his body. As for pitting him up against Malenia or Radahn, I think Radahn easily clears Mohg simply because of his lack of fighting experience. Radahn is both an honorable warrior and a warmonger, and has numerous years of battle to back it up. Radahn, who is also significantly larger than Mohg would most likey easily overpower him even in a show of brute strength. Even if Mohg was on-par strength-wise with Radahn and managed to make him bleed, Radahn was holding a literal sky of stars up. He could probably decide to just use one like an ICBM and annihilate Mohg (assuming it was a straight-up 1v1; I doubt Radahn would risk his soldiers like that if it was a war, otherwise he probably could've done something similar to Malenia before she nuked Caelid.) Even with his Bloodbloon Ritual (or Nihil, whatever name fits your fancy), I believe Radahn easily clears Mohg, as he is simply shown to be stronger and has much better feats. Malenia, I think, is a much closer battle than people think. Pre-Rot Goddess Malenia, gameplay-wise, is very weak to any weapon that can either send her flying or knock her down. Her combat experience is one that relies much more on swift combat (hence the high dex requirement for her weapon,) and we've already seen that she actually isn't very physically strong (the short cutscene fight between her and Radahn shows that Radahn no-diffs their epic sword clash and basically shatters her katana.) I think Mohg's brutish swings would actually be quite effective against her considering that with the assumptions from earlier, Mohg is exceptionally strong. Plus, Mohg shares the one unique strength Malenia has, which is that connection to an Outer God. Mohg is also surprisingly mobile with his wings, so once again, that surprise mobility paired with his brutish strength put Malenia at a disadvantage, and that's not even taking into account his other abilities, such as Bloodboon and Bloodflame Claws. Against Rot Goddess Malenia, I think that while it still might be close, Malenia would win through Scarlet Rot, similarly to how she stalemated Radahn. tl;dr: I think that ultimately, it goes (from weakest > strongest): Rykard < Fortissax < Pre-Rot Goddess Malenia < Mohg
In my opinion Malenia Goddess of Rot should be ranked differently from Malenia Blade of Miquella: the prior reached some form of godhood by herself for the god of Rot. Just a glimpse of her power was enough to send Rahdan into madness and cover Eonia with rot and she hadn’t even reached godhood yet
It was not a glimpse, she nuked entire Caelid and almost nuked herself while Radhan went into madness. She was in coma and was carried into haligtree only to be awaken at our arrival, lmao. People are overestimating Malenias power.

Funny thing, if we take a lot of hypothetical situations and ideas, Cleanrot Knight Finlay would be about equally as powerful, if not more then, some of the characters rated below Malenia. Malenia’s army traveled through the likes of Lyndell and Godrick’s castle. They were likely met with opposition from Godrick’s forces, which is where the boot-licking Godrick happened. Finlay carried Malenia all the way back to the Haligtree, through Godrick’s castle once more where she was likely met with opposition since Malenia was unconscious. Granted it very unclear, but I like the idea of Finlay bullying Godrick to protect Malenia
The Malenia being stronger then Radahn is so stupid argument. Like didn't that same Malenia nuke an entire nation because she couldn't win against Radahn? And even then the battle still only ended in a stalemate. (As said in the video, Radahn could've been retrained, but he didn't mention much about 'that' cutscene, where Radahn managed to detach Malenia's prosthetic arm, seemingly without much effort as he, what I assume, calmly waited for her to put it back on. Possibly implying that it didn't take much effort at all)

He could probably take Godfrey since Radahn is way bigger, has Gravity magic, and is an aspiring lord of the battlefield. Radagon is a full fledged god. He will body Radahn. He’s gathering strong bodies to feast on and steal their power and he can reincarnate when defeated if someone else eats his corpses so I’m assuming given time he could become strong enough to beat them but isn’t currently otherwise he’d go eat them now

Malenia and radahn deserve better. Her scarlet aeonia nuke is what made the entirety of caelid a hellhole and radahn was able to survive that, only dying to the scarlet rot after effects and they fought each other to a standstill.
@reign1594 “the fell omen stacked high the bodies of hero’s.” He massacred large portions of army’s without his blood flame or crucible powers or his sword. And he, along with the army of lyndell (which I’ll admit is a big crutch) was able to stave off every demigod who attacked it which is fairly impressive. Also lorewise if he did have other notable feats then he would try his best to make sure nobody knows it was him because he was ashamed of his omen blood.

After the dlc I would rank Radahn higher in lore purposes, but I don’t see how it could be before. Radahn had all these badass moments in lore (learning gravity magic, holding back the stars, conquering warlord, etc.) which paints a vivid image of who he was to the player. Sounds cool asf until you realize he got hyped up simply to hype up the strongest boss in the base game itself. He’s a bigger than life icon to fanboys now and still couldn’t beat a blind swordsman with literally no legs and a single arm, who he never even managed to force her into her strongest form.
You cant be this goofy. Melania HAD to bloom to STALEMATE with Radahn. She only went Goddess of Rot because she bloomed twice. A third time would literally kill her and give herself to the Goddess of Rot fully. Once she goes Goddess of Rot, she's not herself fully. That's the point of blooming.
melenia should easily be placed above radhan. Considering this that she bloomed once more after fighting tarnished. She was a handicapped and still destroyed radahan mental and ended the war. She fought Prime Radahan. In what sense will she be below radahan.

You did get some things wrong in your video i'll name them first This is all my opinion based on my current knowledge on the lore but first some of the points you got wrong then my interpretation. First of all Are we just ignoring that rennala was able to stalemate Radagon? The Fire Giant we fight canonicly fought prime godfrey and survived, it was infact Godfrey who gave him the wound on his leg. Also the lore doesn't contradict itself, I don't know where you got that from. The attack on leyendel happened at the beginning of the shattering war before Radahn gained the title of starscrourge and thus before he was considered the strongest of the demigods, so morgot beating a young before prime Radahn makes sense. It was also made pretty clear that malenia before her first bloom was inferior to prime Radahn by her needing to bloom in order to defeat him. But after her 3rd bloom she became the Goddess of rot, straight up named a Goddess by the game itself thus scaling above any statement that would would mention her as a demigod, making her stronger than Prime Radahn only as the Goddess of Rot. Plasidusax was never an "Elden" Lord as there are no statement that specifically say "Elden" Lord, this makes more sense when you consider that the Elden beast is the representative of the Greater Will who brought with him the Elden ring to the lands between. As for Godfrey if we take him at his prime lore wise he should be above anyone but maliketh (debatable), The Elden beast and The tarnished, as was considered a more powerful combatant than even Radagon and has far more feats and statements that place him above Radagon thus above anyone below him like Plasidusax who was a lord not a god, as the ability to kill a god should not mean he wins by default but that he could said god down for good. Likewise Maliketh having the rune of death doesn't make him automatically above Radagon/Marika as mortal weapons could harm a god but never kill one as the rune of death was not in the Elden Ring until you unseal it after killing maliketh and mend the Elden Ring. Plasidusax being able to kill a god regardless of the rune of death being in the elden ring should place him above all the demigods at least bar (debatably) Prime Radahn. With this the ranking should about be this (astel and the ancient dragons besides Plasidusax are hard to scale so I'll use your interpretation): No dlc bosses included and 3rd to 9th are all somewhat interchangeable. 0. All the outergods 1. The Tarnished (at the end) 2. The Elden beast 3. Prime Godfrey 4. Prime Radagon 5. Maliketh 6. Plasidusax 7. Malenia Goddess of rot 8. Prime Radahn (Dabatebly higher) 9. So now for a explanation to this mess, Rennala stalemated a younger weaker Radagon before he made a name for himself so her being below the top 8 makes sense. As for me putting Radagon and Godfrey above Maliketh and plasidusax, Radagon/Marika is a god and clearly can tell Maliketh to do whatever they want, if Maliketh was stronger than Godfrey why would Marika make him Elden lord when she'd have a more powerful being at her command. So thus Godfrey above Maliketh, as for Godfrey above plasidusax I'll give the best explanation that counts for both plasidusax and maliketh, just because they COULD kill a Radagon doesn't mean they CAN. Huge difference between could and can here. If they did win in a fight they Could kill Radagon but that doesn't mean they're strong enough to certainly do that. And I've already explained why Godfrey is above Radagon. One little thing to note is that we can't confirm if Godfrey has the ability to permakill a god, only that in combat he is above Radagon, so maybe if they fought Godfrey could beat up Radagon but never able to actually kill him for good. But this is a list of who's stronger not who would win in a fight as that changes allot of things. Now for tha last bit of explanation we need to consider that all of the demigods got allot stronger during the shattering war so the timeline of when a statement is made changes all of the rankings. Malenia and Radahn being the strongest Demigods is understandable and proven by every reference to them ingame. All of these statements however as you said are with Godfrey excluded as he has feats and statements that none of them scale to. If you do include him tho Prime Radahn becomes stronger than almost everyone, which sounds a little silly to me. While Malenia could be argued much higher with her becoming a goddes and all. None of the demigods bar Godfrey have ever been stated or implied to be stronger than Radagon or even close to his level so I can't in good faith put her above plasidusax or maliketh no matter how much I'd personally want her to be. Either way she is on that level regardless and above Prime Radahn after becoming the goddes of rot. Now for Morgot, Mogh, Godwin and Rykard. All of them should be below Fire giant and Prime Rennala as none of them remotely scale to Radagon or Godfrey. But they were below Godwin before the shattering, Mogh and Morgot likely got stronger during the war so maybe they surpassed Godwin at a certain point, but we can't be sure. As for Rykard, I have no clue where he scales, he's either right below Malenia and Radahn or right above Mogh and Morgot. It all depends on where Godwin scales which we can only say is above the ancient dragons (plasidusaxnot included). As for astel...... God pls help me. The only thing we have is that he's absolutely below Radahn. Nothing else, so I just put him where he'd be in the low end and the high end. This was just my opinion, but I hope you learned more about Elden ring somehow.😁
I'd say the tarnished would scale above the outer gods. I mean obviously we are the main characters and pretty much can get infinitely stronger as we ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER but I think even lore wise we would prob win. 1. I say this because of miquellas needle and the blue dancer charm. The blue dancer charm says that some blue dancer sealed away the god of rot, prob the outer god/concept. So he would be stronger than it. Although he trains malenia so malenia would also be relative. Now considering she isn't even stronger than Godfrey or maliketh we could prob scale towards the weaker outer gods. 2. We would prob beat all the outer gods as miquellas needle literally gets rid of frenzy who Would 100% be relative to the greater will given that it's never been gotten rid of and is literally everywhere. There are literal lords of frenzied flame. If miquellas needle is able to atleast fight it off to some degree(a DEMIGOD miquella) we kill the god version of her. I would think the endings also ALLOW YOU to choose, meaning none of the outer gods really have much influence over your ideas or neither can they stop it when you kill their lords/vessels (marika,elden beast, midra and shabriri)

We can't even engage with any of the outergods directly, or else beating them would be doable by practically anyone. But if you consider sealing their influence as beating them, then go ahead. In a sense, that is defeating an outergod. Either way, I think that the outergods have to be some higher infinity above the Tarnished that they can't reach due to LITTARELY being able to bring concepts to the landsbetween, and it's not like we can infinitely level up either. But that is what I think. We know very little, so I won't make any conclusions quite yet when it comes to the outergods.

At the Morgott section about the Shattering timeline, I believe either George RR said it lasted something like 5000 years OR he wrote the events until the player shows up to cover 5000 years. ALSO its possible that Rahdan was just pushed out of the Capital bc Rahdan didn't want the Capital flattened by his power, remember this guy held back the stars while manic and out of his mind BUT then you have to consider Morgott hating his bloodline which may have limited his potential, where as Mohg loved his bloodline, would ascend his followers to become more powerful. I think Malenia should be ranked higher than Radahn given the fact that we see the aftermath of their battle in the game: Radahn is basically reduced to a mindless zombie while Malenia has remained of sound mind and mostly functional body (her injuries are due to scarlet rot and are not caused by Radahn) Also, I think Rykard should be ranked higher than Radahn as well, because of the great serpent. Maybe even higher than Malenia and Godfrey since it is implied that the great serpent has the power to devour gods, so it stands to reason that it would make Rykard more powerful than any demigod.

I think the coolest thing about Godfrey is the fact that he's just some guy, he doesn't have any extraordinary superpower he was born with, and neither does he loan any power from a god like Malenia, Mogh, Radahn, Morgott etc etc
I will point out one thing with Rykard that I believe could put him higher, it involves the blasphemous claw; basically Ranni rewarded it to Rykard (meaning he likely had involvement with the night of the black knives) in the case that he would have to challenge Maliketh, this means that Ranni likely thought Rykard capable of actually putting up a fight against Maliketh which is of course impressive. Obviously this never actually happened but I believe the fact Rykard was thought at least capable of fighting Maliketh is a testament to his strength, then there is also the fact that Rykard may not even be dead and will just come back over time with the serpent.
Since Godfrey comes right after Maliketh as a remembrance boss and is the final test before the final fight I think It's implied that he's stronger than Maliketh. I'm fairly sure being Elden Lord gave him strenght beyond his natural talent, he was empowered by the grace of gold in a way we only see Promised Consort Radhan being

For the Regal Ancestor Spirit, my only issue is that if you say that it’s stronger than Godrick because of progression, you also have to say it’s stronger than Radahn. His fight is required to unlock the underground areas, unless you do some serious running around. I think due to it being featless as well like you said, it is the weakest.

There is literally no reason to believe Malenia is stronger than Radahn.
The only argument to make is that they were equally strong, because malenia could blow herself up ending things in a tie. (Remember she transported herself into a coma that lasted most likely centuries afterwards)

He got the idea of grafting from Godfrey, who grafted the beast Serosh to his back. Godrick idolizes Godfrey, as he set up shot in the castle with imagery of him and bears a lion on his great axe. The main difference is Godfrey grafted to reduce his power by lowering his bloodlust in order to be a more proper ruler. Godrick however, tried to graft to gain power, which is the opposite of what Godfrey intended.

Everything we are fighting is past their prime. So it makes sense when we go to a place where things have been outside of the shattering influence, the event that nerfed them all, we have trouble defeating them. DLC is tougher due to lore.
A few of them like Radahn and Rennala are weakened, but a lot of them are at their strongest by the time we get to them. Morgott and Mohg are pretty much unchanged, apart from gaining Great Runes. The nature of grafting and the God-Devouring Serpent means that Godrick and Rykard only get stronger as time goes on. Malenia might be a worse swordsman, but the rot makes up for it. I also don’t see any reason why Maliketh would be any weaker either seeing as he still has the Rune of Death

The draw was a technicality based on neither dieing in reality Radahn won the fight by a large margin. Radahn was very much winning pushing Malenia to bloom for the first time and Radahn tank that scarlet rot nuke point blank and then continued to fight Malenia and Radahn eventually completely incapacitated Malenia and she was dragged off the battle field as her entire army had to slow down Radahn who was still very much able to fight

Yeah, but he also lost ALOT in that fight. His wings got shredded, he lost both arms, and he lost one of his legs too. Also, I think taking off some of those heads was luck because Pasidusax's heads can be seen biting into Bayle. So Bayle likely took off straight up in the air while Pasidusax's necks got stuck on his back which resulted in them being ripped off. However, in the end Pasidusax is the one that won that battle because Bayle fled.

Video is fire af. Might be controversial, but in my honest opinion I think Mohg scales past both Rykard and Fortissax. A lot of the stuff I say from hereon out will have a lot of speculation and personal analysis of game mechanics, so feel free to comment and correct / dispute me (as long as you're civil about it.)
We don't get much combat feats of Mohg, but lore-wise we know that at the very least, he has had close communion with an Outer God (the Formless Mother.) While this connection itself does not say much, I believe that the reason Mohg would scale higher is the specific effect the Formless Mother is tied to: bleed.
An astounding 14 (including Mohg himself) out of 15 bosses on this list can bleed, with various resistance levels, with the only exception being the Elden Beast. From a gameplay perspective, bleed is a very strong status (especially in PvE) effect that deals % damage + 100-200 damage depending on the weapon. However, I'm going to use a slightly more realistic approach and (based off of bleed's official name "Hemorrhage:) assume that skills/effects that cause the Hemorrhage status effect cause multiple mid-to-large scale external hemorrhages, leading to blood loss. Going with this slightly more realistic approach, I believe Mohg's wide access to bleed becomes a very strong equalizer in fights, being able to face enemies that may be conventionally stronger than him by abusing Bloodflame to cause such hemorrhages. Not only that, but gameplay-wise, Mohg himself has a passive Lord of Blood's Exultation effect that boosts the damage he deals whenever anything in the vicinity bleeds. Not to mention that if we once again look at gameplay, Mohg has access to limited healing through his Bloodboon Ritual, which could put him back into a fight that he was losing.
Another thing that I think makes him much stronger than originally anticipated is that, unlike Morgott, Mohg accepts his Omen heritage. While we don't really get a good peak at Mohg's physique under his robes, he wields a massive trident which is implied to be quite a heavy weapon (through his animations when swinging it), but he swings it with relative ease. We can assume this is thanks to the brute strength that Omens are known for (see Omen Cleaver description), and due to his stature being quite a bit larger than the average Omen in the game (with the general assumption that the Tarnished is about 5'7", Radagon/Marika place around the 8-9ft mark, I'd generally estimate and say Mohg is roughly 11-12ft tall), we can also assume that he is much stronger physically as well. While not reflected very well within the game, I also think that Mohg would have pretty solid mobility owning to his wings. While he moves slow on foot, within the game it's shown that he actually has pretty good control of his wings and is quite fast with them as well. I'd say while definitely not as strong as a dragon's wings, he'd probably be pretty equal with them aerial mobility wise.
What I think Mohg's serverly lacks in would be is actual combat experience. While his twin brother, Morgott, has actual fight experience with the lore, we aren't really given a reason to believe Mohg has actually ever directly fought someone besides the Tarnished. My first reason being that while everyone else was occupied with fighting each other, Mohg essentially stole away Miquella's egg and hid away within his palace. Gameplay-wise, it is painfully obvious that nobody taught him how to wield a pointy weapon. He purely relies on his brute strength and generally uses his trident much more akin to a club, and when he does choose to use it as an actual thrusting weapon, generally does not use its range to his advantage and thrusts with just the head of the weapon going a little farther in front of his body.
As for pitting him up against Malenia or Radahn, I think Radahn easily clears Mohg simply because of his lack of fighting experience. Radahn is both an honorable warrior and a warmonger, and has numerous years of battle to back it up. Radahn, who is also significantly larger than Mohg would most likey easily overpower him even in a show of brute strength. Even if Mohg was on-par strength-wise with Radahn and managed to make him bleed, Radahn was holding a literal sky of stars up. He could probably decide to just use one like an ICBM and annihilate Mohg (assuming it was a straight-up 1v1; I doubt Radahn would risk his soldiers like that if it was a war, otherwise he probably could've done something similar to Malenia before she nuked Caelid.) Even with his Bloodbloon Ritual (or Nihil, whatever name fits your fancy), I believe Radahn easily clears Mohg, as he is simply shown to be stronger and has much better feats.
Malenia, I think, is a much closer battle than people think. Pre-Rot Goddess Malenia, gameplay-wise, is very weak to any weapon that can either send her flying or knock her down. Her combat experience is one that relies much more on swift combat (hence the high dex requirement for her weapon,) and we've already seen that she actually isn't very physically strong (the short cutscene fight between her and Radahn shows that Radahn no-diffs their epic sword clash and basically shatters her katana.) I think Mohg's brutish swings would actually be quite effective against her considering that with the assumptions from earlier, Mohg is exceptionally strong. Plus, Mohg shares the one unique strength Malenia has, which is that connection to an Outer God. Mohg is also surprisingly mobile with his wings, so once again, that surprise mobility paired with his brutish strength put Malenia at a disadvantage, and that's not even taking into account his other abilities, such as Bloodboon and Bloodflame Claws. Against Rot Goddess Malenia, I think that while it still might be close, Malenia would win through Scarlet Rot, similarly to how she stalemated Radahn.
tl;dr: I think that ultimately, it goes (from weakest > strongest): Rykard < Fortissax < Pre-Rot Goddess Malenia < Mohg
In my opinion Malenia Goddess of Rot should be ranked differently from Malenia Blade of Miquella: the prior reached some form of godhood by herself for the god of Rot. Just a glimpse of her power was enough to send Rahdan into madness and cover Eonia with rot and she hadn’t even reached godhood yet

Funny thing, if we take a lot of hypothetical situations and ideas, Cleanrot Knight Finlay would be about equally as powerful, if not more then, some of the characters rated below Malenia. Malenia’s army traveled through the likes of Lyndell and Godrick’s castle. They were likely met with opposition from Godrick’s forces, which is where the boot-licking Godrick happened. Finlay carried Malenia all the way back to the Haligtree, through Godrick’s castle once more where she was likely met with opposition since Malenia was unconscious. Granted it very unclear, but I like the idea of Finlay bullying Godrick to protect Malenia

Malenia and radahn deserve better. Her scarlet aeonia nuke is what made the entirety of caelid a hellhole and radahn was able to survive that, only dying to the scarlet rot after effects and they fought each other to a standstill.

After the dlc I would rank Radahn higher in lore purposes, but I don’t see how it could be before. Radahn had all these badass moments in lore (learning gravity magic, holding back the stars, conquering warlord, etc.) which paints a vivid image of who he was to the player.

You did get some things wrong in your video i'll name them first
This is all my opinion based on my current knowledge on the lore but first some of the points you got wrong then my interpretation.
First of all Are we just ignoring that rennala was able to stalemate Radagon? The Fire Giant we fight canonicly fought prime godfrey and survived, it was infact Godfrey who gave him the wound on his leg. Also the lore doesn't contradict itself, I don't know where you got that from. The attack on leyendel happened at the beginning of the shattering war before Radahn gained the title of starscrourge and thus before he was considered the strongest of the demigods, so morgot beating a young before prime Radahn makes sense. It was also made pretty clear that malenia before her first bloom was inferior to prime Radahn by her needing to bloom in order to defeat him. But after her 3rd bloom she became the Goddess of rot, straight up named a Goddess by the game itself thus scaling above any statement that would would mention her as a demigod, making her stronger than Prime Radahn only as the Goddess of Rot. Plasidusax was never an "Elden" Lord as there are no statement that specifically say "Elden" Lord, this makes more sense when you consider that the Elden beast is the representative of the Greater Will who brought with him the Elden ring to the lands between. As for Godfrey if we take him at his prime lore wise he should be above anyone but maliketh (debatable), The Elden beast and The tarnished, as was considered a more powerful combatant than even Radagon and has far more feats and statements that place him above Radagon thus above anyone below him like Plasidusax who was a lord not a god, as the ability to kill a god should not mean he wins by default but that he could said god down for good. Likewise Maliketh having the rune of death doesn't make him automatically above Radagon/Marika as mortal weapons could harm a god but never kill one as the rune of death was not in the Elden Ring until you unseal it after killing maliketh and mend the Elden Ring. Plasidusax being able to kill a god regardless of the rune of death being in the elden ring should place him above all the demigods at least bar (debatably) Prime Radahn.
With this the ranking should about be this (astel and the ancient dragons besides Plasidusax are hard to scale so I'll use your interpretation):

So now for a explanation to this mess, Rennala stalemated a younger weaker Radagon before he made a name for himself so her being below the top 8 makes sense. As for me putting Radagon and Godfrey above Maliketh and plasidusax, Radagon/Marika is a god and clearly can tell Maliketh to do whatever they want, if Maliketh was stronger than Godfrey why would Marika make him Elden lord when she'd have a more powerful being at her command. So thus Godfrey above Maliketh, as for Godfrey above plasidusax I'll give the best explanation that counts for both plasidusax and maliketh, just because they COULD kill a Radagon doesn't mean they CAN. Huge difference between could and can here. If they did win in a fight they Could kill Radagon but that doesn't mean they're strong enough to certainly do that. And I've already explained why Godfrey is above Radagon. One little thing to note is that we can't confirm if Godfrey has the ability to permakill a god, only that in combat he is above Radagon, so maybe if they fought Godfrey could beat up Radagon but never able to actually kill him for good. But this is a list of who's stronger not who would win in a fight as that changes allot of things.
Now for tha last bit of explanation we need to consider that all of the demigods got allot stronger during the shattering war so the timeline of when a statement is made changes all of the rankings. Malenia and Radahn being the strongest Demigods is understandable and proven by every reference to them ingame. All of these statements however as you said are with Godfrey excluded as he has feats and statements that none of them scale to. If you do include him tho Prime Radahn becomes stronger than almost everyone, which sounds a little silly to me. While Malenia could be argued much higher with her becoming a goddes and all. None of the demigods bar Godfrey have ever been stated or implied to be stronger than Radagon or even close to his level so I can't in good faith put her above plasidusax or maliketh no matter how much I'd personally want her to be. Either way she is on that level regardless and above Prime Radahn after becoming the goddes of rot. Now for Morgot, Mogh, Godwin and Rykard. All of them should be below Fire giant and Prime Rennala as none of them remotely scale to Radagon or Godfrey. But they were below Godwin before the shattering, Mogh and Morgot likely got stronger during the war so maybe they surpassed Godwin at a certain point, but we can't be sure. As for Rykard, I have no clue where he scales, he's either right below Malenia and Radahn or right above Mogh and Morgot. It all depends on where Godwin scales which we can only say is above the ancient dragons (plasidusaxnot included).
As for astel...... God pls help me. The only thing we have is that he's absolutely below Radahn. Nothing else, so I just put him where he'd be in the low end and the high end.

I'd say the tarnished would scale above the outer gods. I mean obviously we are the main characters and pretty much can get infinitely stronger as we ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER but I think even lore wise we would prob win.
1. I say this because of miquellas needle and the blue dancer charm. The blue dancer charm says that some blue dancer sealed away the god of rot, prob the outer god/concept. So he would be stronger than it. Although he trains malenia so malenia would also be relative. Now considering she isn't even stronger than Godfrey or maliketh we could prob scale towards the weaker outer gods.

We would prob beat all the outer gods as miquellas needle literally gets rid of frenzy who Would 100% be relative to the greater will given that it's never been gotten rid of and is literally everywhere. There are literal lords of frenzied flame. If miquellas needle is able to atleast fight it off to some degree(a DEMIGOD miquella) we kill the god version of her. I would think the endings also ALLOW YOU to choose, meaning none of the outer gods really have much influence over your ideas or neither can they stop it when you kill their lords/vessels (marika,elden beast, midra and shabriri)

We can't even engage with any of the outergods directly, or else beating them would be doable by practically anyone. But if you consider sealing their influence as beating them, then go ahead. In a sense, that is defeating an outergod.
Either way, I think that the outergods have to be some higher infinity above the Tarnished that they can't reach due to LITTARELY being able to bring concepts to the landsbetween, and it's not like we can infinitely level up either. But that is what I think. We know very little, so I won't make any conclusions quite yet when it comes to the outergods.

At the Morgott section about the Shattering timeline, I believe either George RR said it lasted something like 5000 years OR he wrote the events until the player shows up to cover 5000 years. I think Malenia should be ranked higher than Radahn given the fact that we see the aftermath of their battle in the game: Radahn is basically reduced to a mindless zombie while Malenia has remained of sound mind and mostly functional body (her injuries are due to scarlet rot and are not caused by Radahn)
Also, I think Rykard should be ranked higher than Radahn as well, because of the great serpent. Maybe even higher than Malenia and Godfrey since it is implied that the great serpent has the power to devour gods, so it stands to reason that it would make Rykard more powerful than any demigod.

I will point out one thing with Rykard that I believe could put him higher, it involves the blasphemous claw; basically Ranni rewarded it to Rykard (meaning he likely had involvement with the night of the black knives) in the case that he would have to challenge Maliketh, this means that Ranni likely thought Rykard capable of actually putting up a fight against Maliketh which is of course impressive.
Obviously this never actually happened but I believe the fact Rykard was thought at least capable of fighting Maliketh is a testament to his strength, then there is also the fact that Rykard may not even be dead and will just come back over time with the serpent.
Since Godfrey comes right after Maliketh as a remembrance boss and is the final test before the final fight I think It's implied that he's stronger than Maliketh. I'm fairly sure being Elden Lord gave him strenght beyond his natural talent, he was empowered by the grace of gold in a way we only see Promised Consort Radhan being

For the Regal Ancestor Spirit, my only issue is that if you say that it’s stronger than Godrick because of progression, you also have to say it’s stronger than Radahn. His fight is required to unlock the underground areas, unless you do some serious running around. I think due to it being featless as well like you said, it is the weakest.
