Can You 3D Print a 3D Printer Enclosure?

Hi, I'm Matt, and you've found Breit Ideas Incorporated!
It's been a minute, and I hope you are having a great summer. After putting the Prusa XL through its paces these past few months, it's clear that having an enclosure is going to help print consistency and quality. The official Prusa XL enclosure is finally on the market, and likely headed to Breit Ideas incorporated HQ someday, but I got started on this project earlier this spring and am happy enough now to where I won't be purchasing one for the home lab right away.
The EnXLclosure is a free-to-download set of printable 3D models posted to Printables.com that when assembled along with some polycarbonate panels, fully encloses the Prusa XL 3D printer. I ordered a kit from AliExpress with precut polycarbonate panels and 3D printed parts. I did end up reprinting a few parts and incorporated my first two modifications in the course of this time-lapse video.
Reprinting 3 parts using the remixed models found in "Cleaning up the front doors of the enXLosure" by Chris on Printables (www.printables...) were crucial to getting the doors to open and shut without rubbing together or overlapping. If you make an enXLosure, I definitely recommend printing and using these parts.
