Phew thank goodness I saw this, bought a nova for my stable, used the hawk to pay the 10 dollar difference. What a relief I didn’t mess that up, I’m new the ccu game .
Got my BMM during IAE for just under $350 so that's done. Had plans for a CCU chain for a C2 just before the Ironclad was announced so of course as soon as it was it became an Ironclad.
Whatever the highest insurance is when the chain is complete is the insurance the final ship will have. Nearly all WB CCU only get 10 years insurance. There was one way back that I recall where the Nomad gave LTI but I haven't seen one since. If the CCU comes with lti it will show it specifically in the checkout if I recall. The Ion doesn't show anything like that for LTI.
if you do the second account referral, make sure to do it during a Bonus Event. sometimes basically break even when you gift to your main, depending on reward... best way to save when CCU Chaining ships under $100 (other than a referral bonus), is getting a new vehicle Warbond with LTI. this will save $5-$10. don't see many/any Warbond CCU upgrades for ships under $100, so smart to pick up a couple, if you see one. best one i saw was a $5 Warbond upgrade to a Nomad that included LTI as a "bonus item". could basically upgrade any ship or starter package to include LTI, as long as it was/had a Nomad or better ship. i should have got a few, but have enough LTI ships/tokens. my biggest save is probably the Endeavor that is sitting at $200 right now in my chain. might be able to save $10-$20 more tho. chain passes through some interesting ships as well, if Endeavor doesn't look good, but will probably be decent
@SC_Brickhouse that is insane. I always wonder where so many people get money they don't have to buy things they neither need or ever use. Truly baffling.
@@Zi-TekGaming Why would they hate cheaper stuff? You misunderstand entirely. They simply recognise the obvious. You don't save anything, you spend x amount. Anything outside of that is marketing.
@@Zi-TekGaming in my excitement I just purchased without checking if I could of purchased a CCU. I just wanted to say something in case someone else was waiting too.
You should use the merchantman specifically, here are the reasons: 1. CIG have confirmed it is currently not being worked on. They could still increase the price but it is less likely. 2. It is available during alien week in addition to IAE.
Why would you loose savings if you already have both the A2 WB and the BMM / Orion WB in Hangar? I taught its locked in even if you do not apply the upgrade yet? How I understand it is, if the price of the concept increases you just miss out on additional savings not lessen the already locked in savings
It's lost savings on paper only when the price increases. You don't have to pay anything extra. Sometimes it's such a price difference that you lose money because you paid for a "from" ship that's now worth more than the ship that ship it upgraded to. Therefore you may pay more for the next link because of it

Glad it helped. May your CCU chains be full of savings!

I feel that. The Ironclad makes an interesting proposition in its form...on paper at least.
I am pretty new to ccu game, thx to your videos I was able to build a chain to Ironclad Assault and I am looking to get it at around 350-370 dollars.
Awesome, and thank you
I’ll wait for the BMM to go up up in price, even if it takes some years. Grabbed a token from the liberator. No rush. Play the long game
Solid plan
Excellent video, thank you! Here's a question, in the Ares Ion's Warbond, is LTI included?

Huh, ok, I appreciate the response! I'll have to pay attention whenever I go to buy next time at checkout. Thanks!
o7 thanks for keeping us informed on the deals!

Great info!
4:45 CIG is the king of the anchoring bias. FYI you're not actually saving $125, youre spending $50 lol.
This is the only valid take. People are delusional when it comes to this game lmao. It. is. not. an. investment.
You must absolutely hate Steam sales.
@@Zi-TekGaming considering $1.9 billion worth of games have been purchased and never played on Steam- yes, yes i do lol.

F8C Too! Was happy to get one finally.
I haven't gotten a chance to earn that. When you do does it offer a CCU for it or just the ship purchase?
@@Zi-TekGamingNo CCU. 6 month insurance.

Isn’t 750 the highest amount you can CCU to, meaning the A2 needs to be your final ship in order to make it worth?
You can get to the Polaris which is still concept, so that will most likely be the highest price ship. Right now though yes, $750 is the highest.
After you buy all the ships you want, what is the end game? Whats the point of playing since you have everything you wanted in game.
Buying the ships isn't the game. Playing the game is.
