To many windows! You have more space

Too many windows means less insulated wall space and a cold home if or when these windows become drafty especially if you live in a cool or cold climate. Cheaper windows saves the builder money on wood and insulation but won"t save you money in the long run for heating. A lot of these homes have 4 inch instead of 6 inch studs so that makes a difference as well and I have been seeing articles online lately that some banks won't approve a mortgage anymore if foam is used as insulation so there's a lot to consider when purchasing one of these pre built homes. Better to custom build one and know exactly the quality of what's in it.

I just find all the brown molding to be extremely distracting and dated. I wish you chose better finishes.

There is no room at all to get into the closets in the ground floor bedrooms in several of these. Crazy!

Tout comme je ne comprends absolument pas la raison pour laquelle on diminue drastiquement ces maisons où il y a plusieurs manques; tout en multipliant le nombre et la grandeur des fenêtre!…Personne ne songe parmi ceux qui créent ces maisons, à l’espace que prennent celles-ci, aux nombreux oublis, à l’intimité (voyeurs), ainsi qu’aux coûts exorbitants en chauffage!…C’est pourquoi d’ailleurs je ne prend même plus la peine de visiter l’intérieur!… (7-02-2025)
