There have been outstanding British Players blessed with sublime Skill like Paul Gascoigne, Peter Beardsley, George Best, John Barnes and Kenny Dalglish and you can comfortably add Glen Hoddle to that list! That Goal against Watford still stands out for me!

Michel Platini once said that if Glenn Hoddle was French he would have over 100 caps. The most gifted, great with both feet and an absolute genius. Hands down the greatest English player of all time and my boyhood idol.
