My husband puts all the clothes in first too. lol. I like to start the water and get it soapy then put in the clothes. We have been having this battle for years now. I love watching your videos because you always seem to look on the positive side of any situation and that is a great personality trait to have. On a side note: in the 3rd grade I had a little crush on a boy named Rex in my class and I thought he would think it was cute and like me more if I gave him a cute nickname so I started calling him Tyranosaurus Rex. He did not. Our romance never blossomed. lol.

Just started my food-grade Tanker training after 30,000 miles Reefer training. (I live in South NJ and want to stay closer to home) Figured food grade regional would make it possible to be home more often. My upgrade is coming up and it will be time to get a truck. I do have a question...is the mid-roof tractor a better choice for tanker? Thanks!
I think the mid-roofs are solid, also you get less wind affect blowing you tractor / trailer around when it's really windy! Also you can go under lower bridges, some shippers and receivers require mid-roofs for loading / unloading. 🙏🙂
Wow thank you for filming your route in Oskaloosa Iowa. I actually lived in Oskaloosa Iowa for two years in 1981 thru 1983. I recognized the town square when you turned on to Market. Also recognized the old Fairway Grocery Store that was across from City Hall when you passed as well as the Library

We want to team drive together once we are trained! Which do you recommend for team drivers? Also when you have to drive empty to get loaded or washed do you still get paid?
I live 46 minutes from the I 80 largest truck stop. It’s the best place to go

How long does it take for a tank wash and are you paid while you wait? Also, if it is not a food grade product is it safe to open the hatch and look in to see
If there is any residual material in there?
Washes take 45min-2hrs depends on the type of wash, if they dry it etc… it is safe to open it up to check for moisture prior to sealing

It’s inedible eggs that come out of chicken plants. It’s use to make dog food and treats.

What's the spraying about? Avian Flu? Craziness! Then again one place I go to your whole truck is washed when you leave. And we had to get Lantern Fly training and certification. As you say, that's trucking!

you can set the gatrmon to avoid cities before you leave if you tap on secondary route even apple car play let's you do that garmon does it too used it long time ago though

You can talk to Garmin, you don't need to always type. Try this

How u liking the garmin. I use both as well. Only thing trucker path pulls up the small mom and pop truck stop.
Yeah I 2nd that. Imho I think truckers path is superior to garmin however the DEZL can be a really useful tool! I prefer truckers path hands down 🤞🙏

Question…what is your suggestion for practical and comfortable shoes to drive in?
Me personally I use Asics or Columbia shoes. Had some hey dudes which were super comfy but the tread didn’t last long

No we don’t get paid to wait for tank washes (part of the business)
