Tanker the hidden gem of trucking jobs in america? LOCKED MYSELF OUT Hydraulic Leak "Trucking side tool box" How to unload a tanker trailer.
Getting your CDL license is easy at Prime Inc. I break down easy to understand Semi-Truck Leasing, driving a big rig, pulling tankers, driving, getting showers over the road (everything) you need to know about TRUCKING.
If you’re thinking of coming to Prime Inc or want to get your CDL license. I honestly believe Prime is a solid company to start your trucking journey.
Make sure when you fill out the online application @ www.primeinc.com put my driver code STREXA on page 2 of the application when it ask who referred you. Thanks for watching my video

What do you transport I want to do this I just got my CDL how do I look for this kind of work
The old make shims out of seals trick! I remember doing that when I ran tankers
After I off-load I always walk the line at least twice rather than run the pump in reverse and increase the amount of heel in the tank. I also went back to using duct tape to wrap the cam locks, Velcro straps are faster but get dirty and gunked up quick also. Great off-load video, stay safe.
Hey Rex, great video! Be safe out there!
Love your videos as always. I learn so much about trucking from them. Could you show what the black satin jacket with buttons from prime you were wearing a few videos ago looks like on the back?
If you cut the bottom out of a plastic water bottle or Gator Aid bottle and wipe it out they make a quick emergency funnel - a little easier for the pour.
Yup. That's an old trick but it's amazing how many people don't know about it
Great job Rex 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I appreciate all your videos man very informative one of the main motivations to switch to tankers
Man that sandwich at the end just made me hungry and I wasn’t before 😬
After a day of working in the cold ? And the crappy breakfast you had? That was a perfect finish to the day
YOOOO good ol Wisconsin. Always hope to see youtubers in my state driving
Man if you wanted to you can get those rode mics that clip on your shirt or dash board for better audio. 😊 great video tho long the angle.
That was probably my co worker in the bay getting sampled. Usually i take wheat to mars. If i would have done that we probably could have chatted
so do your get extra pay for unloading? pay for operating tankers like that must pay better? lot of extra technical work.
That’s the Hucks in Farmer City. I deliver fuel there.
Do they pay you for all the off loading work? Or just mikes.
Been solo driver for a month now. Prime flatbed. Searching for an internet setup for using TV when I'm down for the night etc. Have Verizon for phone but not sure Hotspot would work in all areas. Sometimes I'm in the mountains at a shipper/ receiver. I've seen Hughes Net, ViaSat and Starlink. They all seem about same cost for the usage I might use for. Looking for solutions other drivers may have. Looking to add a 32 inch TV soon.
I have the t-mobile 5G gateway box cost $50 per month including tax no additional fees for the box etc. works for me 😊 never tried anything else 🤷♂️
I saw a review on that. Looks great. Wonder if Verizon has something thing similar. I'm about to be home time. I'm going to pick up a TV and I'll look for that at the t-mobile store. Keep on trucking safe and making cool content. 😎
I was searching for a cooler for drinks and maybe a sandwich while I drive. Bought a cheap $65 collapsible cooler (road pro 12v cooler at Iowa 80 truck stop). Had it cooling for 8 hours.. yet the stuff I put in there just as warm as I put them in. The air is cooler but that's it. Searching for a cooler that fits up front that I can reach into while driving to put a cold drink or 2 in so I don't have to stop. Hate warm pop/monster.

Great job Rex!!
What is a commercial drivers license license?
I just seen you in Evansville Indiana. Where are you off to today?
Loading in Robards KY 😊
Jim here 🎉
The best voiceover I’ve ever heard. Even has truck noise mixed in 😂
Just got my permit in school now for my cdl and wanted to come to prime for tanker, but all the videos I watch from prime people are saying there are no tanker trainers available, so I’m kinda going back to the drawing board 🤦🏾♂️
You’ll get a tanker trainer but you’ll be waiting awhile
That job is so lonely and depressing it's unreal
Wisconsin 😭
Now when you first started trucking Rex with Tanker did it take you a bit to get use to? Did you have a good trainer?
Had a good psd and tnt trainer, took me a good 6-7months to get into my own groove! 😊
@@truckingwithrexI been debating Reefer or Tanker
@@truckingwithrex Your videos are helpful and by your videos looks like it can be challenging Tanker.. But at the same time fun as well.. I’d like to retire early hopefully you can retire early Rex
@@truckingwithrex Do they force dispatch you Rex?
I hear prime will send you home from training if they find out you farted in a crowded elevator.
Or if your drinking alcohol during training or any type of non prescription drugs, prime does cycle out the non serious people quickly in all sorts of ways!
Cud u do an income vid
Will work on this!
yeet, that is all
No yeet
