M3M cheated more than 300 home buyers invested with them from 3 years...still you are defending them for petty gains and lure hard earned money of customers... shame on you... don't sell your soul
I personally would not trust M3M. They promise a lot in the beginning and everything looks intriguing. However in the long run, it doesn't play out really well. Look for example M3M Marina in gurgaon sector 68. They promised direct road connectivity from expressway, 33KWH power, Water supply but residents hlgot nothing. The road was never built, water is coming through tankers with crazy high tds levels and electricity alotted is 11kaw because of which society is totally reliant on DGs. There are a lot of other projects where you would see flaws like that. I would rather pay extra and go with Tata, Godrej or DLF

I have purchased virtual office spaces in M3M business park . At the time of selling they committed for renting the space within 3 years till then they pay me assured returns. Now, this is more than 5 yrs they haven’t rent out my space . When talk to CRM they simply replied , we are in process of renting the space jab hoga bata denge . Please help me out if they are not capable for renting it out , just handover my space as lockable unit . I will use it for my self.
Even at a 30% discount, I can't even consider investing in M3M. The prices are so high for the M3M capital floor plan that you won't see a return for another ten years. I have so many friends who have the same opinion. Just a 2 BHK apartment starts from more than 1 crore that too for an area of 500-600 sq. ft. The builder should keep future returns in mind before setting such a high price.

M3M is the Worst builder of Gurgaon. Will lure into schemes and later will not oblige to its commitment. Construction quality is also poor of their projects. Outside facade will shine but internal construction has deficiencies. Merlin, Marina, Woodshire, Escala, Skywalk. Check their internal construction quality and you will never buy their products again. Maintenance is even worse.
My friend has an apartment in Golf estate, St. Andrew’s. I’ve been to best of the societies in Delhi ncr, I keep it up there with the likes of park place and crest.
