Thanks for raising concern for sufferer buyers of M3M smart World sector 89. Builder has cheated from the beginning. You have elaborated all points for builder buyers and channel partner. Now builder and all channel partner have lost their credibility. Why some brokers are selling those units which was already allotted before 3 years. As the matter has gone to court , police fir, Top leaders , top police officers , media etc, Still surprisingly, brokers are selling while builder has cheated to them also. As per your points , builder seems not bothered about their reputation , buyers tears , channel partner commission etc. He is bothered how to do the fraud of 300 crore. He is pakka Besharam,as was out several times behind the bars and so many ED cases are filed against him. Please note such type of corrupt builder not only loosing him reputation but will crash real state Market of Gurgaon like few builder spoiled in Noida. Pankaj bansal is a dangerous keeda for real state. He doesn't know the Power of God , taking curses of old people, widow lady , army personnel. Oneday result from uparwala will definitely punish this kameena
It's not only M3M, ILD Millenium is also cancelling units even after 10 years of booking and with 0% construction till date, and none of authority TCP or HRERA is helping buyers. Builder *ILD Millenium / Emperium Infrastructure* for project *Emperium PREMIO and Grand Centra* in sec 37C and D have done the same flat booked in 2014 now they have cancelled the unit in 2024. 10 year mai 0% construction by ILD and now project sold to Emperium, Emperium is now making false promises in terms of utilities and feature, which they can not make as not approved in the plan
M3M has shattered our dreams of buying a house, we paid 10% of the total TCV 3 years back in their master account..the remaining amount was scheduled to be paid after OC once the BBA is done. this was as per the agreed 10-90 payment plan. They used our hard earned money to build their construction and now suddenly they cancelled our units without giving any justification...they are now selling the same units to new buyers at higher price which they have already sold to us 3 years back....plz don't invest here as it's a disputed property...we will fight till end to get our units back
Smartworld did the same so tag them as well.. people including us are emotionally broken coz we planned our life accordingly and we were happy that we invested at the right time and finally we will move to our own home instead of paying rent.. M3M & Smartworld you have no Idea how much damage you have done... Karma exists.. waiting for that

As BJP Ram-Raj continue to rule from last 10 years, despite RERA property investors remain cheated by many builders in Gurugram. To save investors from cheater builder's Govt should impose complete ban on booking, sale of under-construction flats in Haryana. Sale of flats should be allowed only when they are Full build and ready for possession.
Sir one lesson you should also take: please explain the issue first in detail,not everyone is current with whats going on in every project..please take it qs constructive criticism..i watched the whole video but still dont understand what actually happened .kaunse plots cancel hue..10:90 waale ya saare
