The part where they speak about spousal support is so crucial for people to hear! Your closest relationships can make or break your success, depending on whether they’re supporting you and helping you move forward or holding you back. It becomes so much easier to reach success when you have a solid foundation in your personal life. That being said, he’s spot on. You have to keep your word and show up in those relationships, despite your business needing you 24/7.

The bit where Neel says "Guys, I'm actually terrified of public speaking.." That works SO well, I used to open all of my public speaking workshops with that phrase and it would instantly earn the audience's trust. Great insights throughout, will watch this on repeat today.

My biggest takeaway from this is to “let creativity show up in other aspects of the business not only the creative work” and it’s a great assurance for all the times I thought about offers/services and even deals but didn’t go for it because I never saw anyone do it that way!

Work for free...part time and temporaily. Figure out what skills you have that you can offer that would be low risk to them. I did note taking for a year for a professional association. It only took up 3 hours of my time once a month. They waived the membership for me but more importantly I was around and networking with the biggest names in the industry for my area. After the first year i was moving up to bigger and better roles in the association.

The similarities between our stories are staggering. I studied & played jazz 🎷 for years and had to stop overnight due to health reasons. I've been missing the creative outlet big time since entering the mortgage space years ago. I've also watched Neel's growth from who he was to who he currently is, not forgetting the career growth that has come along with it. Now it's my turn, time to get out there and put my ZV1 to good use. Great video gents. Thanks for sharing 🔥 #lender #CardoneVeteransGroup

Why do I feel every video I watch of you speaking I feel like YOUR IN MY HEAD!😜My youngest daughter cheered for 4 years, but her true passion was to play football! this year she did this! her coach says she has the potential to really show up, she is truly dedicated, but he also said when the uniform goes on, she complains everything hurts, afraid to actually be in the game and make contact! I referenced to her, when you out that uniform on, you must change your mind frame! you are no longer (WLD RATHER NOT SAY HER REAL NAME) you! you must become A BEAST and have this mind set! just like SUPERMAN! lol when he transforms from Clark Kent to SUPERMAN! this is a must if you plan to rule the world and possibly become Te Worlds BEST FEMALE FOOTBALL PLAYER! I want her to make a mark in this world because I know she is capable! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!! lol

If you get a dumb interviewer you tell them they are dumb!🤣🤣 I feel this! I am very honest, such to the point, I try not to be! afraid to hurt someone's feelings, people seem to take things I say the wrong way! but my philosophy is, I am giving you more respect by telling you to your face and not doing it behind your back! I have the biggest heart, but apparently I am not approachable! because the way I carry myself! but it's the weak ones who find me unapproachable, and I would rather not have weak people around to drag me down!

This was very interesting to watch an entire episode drop promoting this guy without explicitly explaining any CTA’s or examples that express added value to a real project & in no way does Chris explain at all what work this fxxling guy actually does !
