    Great tutorial. I just bought the newest IPad 2020 and the first app I downloaded was the Sketchbook app, you have made this so much easier, thank you.

    I just downloaded the app and dint know how to use so many features. ISTL, it would have been so much easier to draw what ever I did it the span of a week if I knew just how to use everything. Thank you for making everything so much more easier...💜

    I've had Autodesk Sketchbook for a long time but was never able to work out all of its intricasies. This tutorial has been a great help, thank you for going to the trouble of making it.

    The fact that I realize that when I saw Sketchbook on my iPad, I just jumped right in and start pushing random buttons and try to figure out how to use it. Now after three years of using Sketchbook, I haven't even thought of watching a tutorial before. Now I see how useful this can be, i wish i knew this three years ago.❤

      All you need to know about layers: they can be your best friend when creating backdrops and animations, but oh boy they can really annoy you sometimes.

      I found it way better than what I used to make! I had to use crayola my whole life and I thought it was just my way of drawing, that I wasn’t good. But I found sketchbook and i realized how good I really was. It’s amazing and free! 😄

    This tutorial is well place with detail of each selection of tools. Keep up the great work. Just one question in a personal matter. explain to me more about the tolerance on the paint bucket. What will be the point of it bleed fully, to its not doing so?

    I recently bought a Logitech Crayon. While there isn't a specific setting for it, I've found that using the Apple Pencil setting works perfectly.

    Comparing this to procreate, I think procreate has a lot more to offer. Especially, the fact that you can create a perfect shape with assist of the app and an option that allows you can to add texture with in the lines of your drawing.

    Does sketchbook have a steady tool for ipad? Brand new to apple! Missing my android freeware and this proprietor business make me nervous about who owns my work. But learning to love it. Frustrated that I don’t have the same access on ipad!

    I wonder if this Apple Pencil will work on my second generation iPad Air? I know that it won’t in a traditional way but it seems like it would for this app since my finger does? If not, are there other similar stylus style pens that I could use?

      Hi! Yes, go to the toolbar at the top. To the left of the "import image" button press on the curved line. It's called "predictive stroke."

    To let you know I have recently started using a I pad,this is totally new to me I have been using a laptop/desktop with a Wacom tablet and using serif X-4 photo plus so I’m used to layers and tablets sort of what I am trying to figure out is the file part & can you export this into something else this is very similar to serif except serif does a lot more the file part do you have to make a new folder for your project if so where I find them on a tablet.

    Hello Mr.H, I'm a fashion design student from Milan. I love to do my print designs with sketchbook. But I have a pixel problem... Even if I save the prints TIFF format in photoshop, my pattern looks pixelated on the fabric. What I shoul do about it? Is there anything I can do while saving the pattern in sketchbook?     Hi, MR.H. I currently learning Autodesk Sketchbook on my PC. I wonder is it normal to experience pixelate object or line when zoom in just a little? and I found that the line produced isn't crisp and clean enough. Do you have any tips to maximize it's vision experience? Is there something to do with the resolutions? Thank's in advance!

      Hi Shun, yes that is normal when you zoom in. If you want it to be sharper when you zoom in, just increase the size of your canvas. Image>Image Size.
