Yummmm..yy...Chicken pulao can also be made using the same masala additionally fresh fenugreek leaves can be added along with mint...serve it with lemon slices and yogurt raita

Hi Please help. I have prepared this recipe 3-4 time already it comes out really good . Only problem I have is the masala while cooking after adding curd does not release oil I use dessicated coconut as I don't have availability for fresh coconut and when I cook it it gets burnt the vessel below can you tell me what can I do and what would be the reason ? I have guests at home planning to prepare this .
