I think you can just hold the unlock button to roll down all windows, that’s how my car is for the 2014 IS. I did mine at the dealership so I don’t need to press it down 3 times.
I have a corgi but he doesn't get in the car unless I have his shedding suit on lol The frenchies hair is manageable I always thought that if you have perforated seats, you weren't suppose to spray directly on because it could mess up electrical? I sprayed the brush then cleaned because I'm not sure. Also, the infotainment: there's a TSB for the screen. The Is and I think RC or maybe one of the Suv had an issue with the clear coat peeling off and it was fixed after 2016~. I got my 14 fixed under warranty. But a guy on CL who only cleaned with water still experienced the same issue. Good video. It made me clean my neglected seats over the weekend 👍
Yeah that's why I mentioned to not spray too much on the seats, just really enough to clean it out. Could be also he was using too much pressure on the screen. Not sure but that screen is hella delicate lol. Yeah my first one also was covered under warranty. haha nice! For sure it feels nice to have clean seats.

Hey man, were you able to get the dog hair out of the carpet in the back? I have a lab and for the life of me I cannot get the dog hair completely out of the carpet.
Yeah I was, best to use a good scrubbing brush that is attached to the vacuum. That way it grabs the hair and you’ll prob need to remove it every time the brush gets filled with hair.
haha, i have an australian cattle dog and he's not allowed in my lexus. we use a whole diff car for him. the amount of vacuuming i have to do is crazy. (also, i think it's time you made a new intro video!)
You have to activate through a scanner that connects to the OB2 port. I forgot what the name was but my friend is a mechanic and on the manual it’s usually disabled and in order to enable that feature a mechanic would know how to do it. It’s kinda like a hidden feature lol
@@yacineaber2934 Ask to get it programmed to Roll Down all windows with the remote. It will only roll down btw, it can’t roll back up unfortunately. If you call Lexus they will know what you mean and give you a quote.

Do TSBs have a certain date they expire? Purchased my IS and the screen is peeling.
@@nocs3 my car didn't qualify for the manufacturers warranty (idr if it was mileage or age) but I had my platinum coverage thru lexus which did.

I used to not allow my husky in the IS but it came to a point I was like w.e. hop in and enjoy the ride lol. And yeah for sure need to!
Does the alcantara get dusty and linty?
Yeah it gets dusty most of all. So I try my best to maintain it clean and brush it with water.
