Some characters in the train and even in the third story of Eve searching for Dallas was just superb, and they actually manage to make Eve look a lot more interesting. Of course Vino also is involved in a few ways. Read volumes 1 to 4 at least and see what I mean. Those are the ones that have been adapted in the anime.
@@DushisHere Imo, volume 1-3 were well adapted enough, they took the most important parts and kept it there, only taking out a few scenes sadly the one where i really do feel like it wouldve been better to not adapt it was volume 4, they basically took out half of what made it interesting by taking out the second drug plot. Its part of what makes me wish that in the near future we get a remake rather than a season 2

The guys explanation is kind of like a copout. "Our story is so whacky and wild that we had no idea where it was going or what we were going to do with it so therefore we must go beyond it and say that it is infinite!"

The fun comes from watching all these characters bump paths, share experiences with each other in the pursuit of their own personal goals, and then part ways. Kind of like how it happens in real life. The show doesn't have an ending because real life doesn't have an ending. That's the point. Even still, most of the major conflicts were still resolved by the end of the show. So what are you complaining about?

Hala Shehab Baccano is a weird show to explain the plot, what the man in the video said is right, it’s just about character’s lives and interactions. But some of those characters are immortal alchemists, others are Prohibitionist gangsters, a few terrorists here and there. There’s not exactly an overarching plot in the anime just insane events that different characters get involved in. I’d say it’s definitely worth the watch, it’s one of my favorite series(I like it more than death note or assassination classroom) and it has books that continue the story
I've seen both and for me while I like them I definitely prefer Baccano. Baccano is a super well written, extremely cohesive story that is super enjoyable all throughout filled with awesome dialogue, characters and action. You definitely should watch it this anime is incredible.

Eh, I find this scene pretty annoying myself. Not saying I disagree with the premise, rather the fact that they poorly executed it. As you may know, this scene is in an extra 3 episodes not in the original series. Not only did these 3 episodes resolve the plot-lines of the series, but tried to create new ones which we aren't remotely as interested in. The "Making up the rest" idea would've been best suited for the original ending, since it left the plot-lines that we're invested in open-ended, but that's counter-intuitive since they were resolved in the new 3 episodes. The new 3 episodes left some plot-lines open, but since we aren't as invested we can't really have fun making up the rest. Over all, 9/10 in concept, 6/10 execution.
I think it's fine simply because the story did end up continuing. Because the majority of the characters are immortal, and just enough plot threads are left open to the point where you feel like there's much more to be seen. That way you can end conclusively, but still give a feeling of endless possibility.

Okay when I said stories don't have endings I mean that even if the writer himself made an ending I myself when I am in the mood I think what happened after this happy ending. In life there is not happy ending because in real life our stories end with our deaths except if we are going to consider what happens after death it is another long topic. It's complex and maybe confusing but it's fun talking about these things.
