I sometimes forget to breathe. I know it sounds impossible but I just take a too long pause between inhaling and exhaling. Thanks for reminding me of that and thanks for sharing.

Wonderful routine and calms a lot, I’ve done it some 10 times already and plan to do more. The only thing is the abrupt increase in volume between the last posture and the outro (or, rather between a complete silence and tranquility, and a very invigorating "alright, if you enjoyed this...") that always catches me off-guard . Unless I prepare through the last 2 postures, which is not the best way to relax. If this one thing could be fixed, it would make this routine perfect.

I cried during yoga twice. It is powerful. I suffered from severe anxiety and depression, now it down to very mild.
