Dr. Rowe, Such nice explanations of these exercises. I pulled my back out last week and by watching a few of your videos, doing the exercises, my back already feels better in just a few hours. Thank you!!
In addition to these exercises BRISK LONG WALKING IS THE KEY. I started walking 10 to 20 km 4 days per week at 5KPH. Sciatica gone after one month of walking. I'm still walking.
One question, If we stimulate the sciatica nerve with the last exercise, don't we worsen the pain? Maybe it is a good exercise for a more "Chronic pain", but for as acute is it good as well? Thank you again for the content =)
I tried all of the exercises and the 2 that I felt most relief from were the Seated Release 2 and then the McKenzie Wall Lean which really gave me some lasting relief...I did 6 reps of that one and even moved the foot out farther for a deeper push and that was really good. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc, hope this works, my question is how often can i be doing these do you think and how many reps should I really go to get some lasting relief of the sciatica pain down the leg into my calf that aches and aches....?
Hi, I have lateral pelvic tilt. (Right hip higher than left) I have been doing lateral pelvic tilt exercises and single legged resistance training to help balance the muscles. I have recently been feeling a pain running down my left glute when walking for a long duration, along with very minor pins and needles in my left foot. Is it common for this to happen when trying to balance your hips ?
One thing that works for me and gives me a little pain credit is, when I lay in bed in the morning, on my back, I contract and relieve my butt about 20 times, to be graphic I would describe it as trying to hold a very bad diarrhea😊 Also, I am lucky enough to be able to bicycle (I know that some people can't do that but for me it hurts only when I stand on my feet and it gets worse as the day goes by), I think that it loosen the glute muscles and also rebuilds muscles to support that pile of vertebrae but I'm not a doctor...

Algorithm is lit. I need to figure out how to strengthen this illsoas
Do you have any leg strengthening exercises when you have pins and screws in your lower spine
I would be consulting with your local doctor or surgeon to get exercises that are suitable for your condition.
What if the wall stretch causes tingling down my leg? I'm doing it correctly as I watch you.

The calf stretches make my calves cramp when I point my toes down
I nearly fall yesterday while walking I missed calculated depth of the step I am in excruciating pain again ❤
My legs and hips do not sit evenly when I put my legs down.
You need a consult with an MD or PT.
See Manual herapist
spinal decompression might help. sciatica sux
👍🏾🙏🏾
I have been getting a tingling sensation behind my knee when I lay down in bed
One of my legs is longer than the other until I get an adjustment. Plus, my neck stays subluxated 90% of the time and gives me a lot of grief.
Why can't you live closer. Ugh
Instead of releif u should show how to fix sciatica completely.or no way to cure? What fo u think sir
You are absolutely the best. Thank you for helping me so much with sciatica pain. 🩷
Thanks!
