One question, If we stimulate the sciatica nerve with the last exercise, don't we worsen the pain? Maybe it is a good exercise for a more "Chronic pain", but for as acute is it good as well? Thank you again for the content =)

I tried all of the exercises and the 2 that I felt most relief from were the Seated Release 2 and then the McKenzie Wall Lean which really gave me some lasting relief...I did 6 reps of that one and even moved the foot out farther for a deeper push and that was really good. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc, hope this works, my question is how often can i be doing these do you think and how many reps should I really go to get some lasting relief of the sciatica pain down the leg into my calf that aches and aches....?

I would be consulting with your local doctor or surgeon to get exercises that are suitable for your condition.

Hi, I have lateral pelvic tilt. (Right hip higher than left)
I have been doing lateral pelvic tilt exercises and single legged resistance training to help balance the muscles.
I have recently been feeling a pain running down my left glute when walking for a long duration, along with very minor pins and needles in my left foot.
Is it common for this to happen when trying to balance your hips ?

One thing that works for me and gives me a little pain credit is, when I lay in bed in the morning, on my back, I contract and relieve my butt about 20 times, to be graphic I would describe it as trying to hold a very bad diarrhea😊
Also, I am lucky enough to be able to bicycle (I know that some people can't do that but for me it hurts only when I stand on my feet and it gets worse as the day goes by), I think that it loosen the glute muscles and also rebuilds muscles to support that pile of vertebrae but I'm not a doctor...
