    Hi Dean, thank you for the great yoga exercises. I have read your book during my time in the rehab centre and we practised group yoga in the cell with everyone. I have not stop even after my release since then.

    As usual, nice workout! Dean, what I really admire about your instruction is that you actually "instruct". You can find lots of power yoga workouts on TH-cam, but the vast majority are lacking in any good instruction. Usually they are done too quickly with no instruction, or the instruction is so minimal it's not useful. I consider myself an advanced intermediate in yoga, but I still want the instructor to guide me through even the most basic of poses. Yoga is like the martial arts - you can spend a lifetime attempting to master the basics. You carefully tell your students how to perform each pose while providing time for the student to recognize what their body is doing and adjust. Thank you for that. Your videos rock!

    Dean, been doing yoga for 25 years. Bought your book two years ago. Saw your videos tonight for first time, and glad I did. 12 weeks post surgery, and my body is a wreck. Yoga is the only thing that fixed me. Excellent!!! Simple, easy to follow along. Thank you.

    I do a man flow yoga routine every Saturday. Mostly this one. And I noticed that in the weeks I haven‘t done this routine I was much likely to injure myself for the rest of the week.

      You should consider adding even more to your routine. For the best results we recommend doing yoga at least 3x a week.

    Thanks, Dean. I can’t get to a gym these days. And my pcp wants me to do body-weight-only exercise anymore anyway (maybe because of a rotator cuff surgery last year, maybe because I’m pushing 60yo) so this is a great find. Thanks for making it public! D.

    I’ve never tried yoga before I found your channel.And I’am so glad I did . Almost every vedio like the one you had with erecting exercises .I actually did it twice in a row.     Thank you for sharing this video with us. I tried doing one of your exercises a few years ago and it destroyed me. Since then, I got into powerlifting and strength-focused yoga. I managed to do this whole exercise from start to finish. It was by no means easy, but certainly possible. That’s progress! Thanks again, and be safe during this crisis.

      @@ManFlowYoga Sorry. I am enjoying some yoga routines these days and was excited to come across your yoga for men,. However when I started watching one of your videos I was quickly frustrated with your video (as a caveat I have only seen one).
      #1 - In the intro you talked too much
      #2 - Talking while instructing was making for a choppy "flow"
      I would like a "go to" video that I can do every day and not have to wade through intros, talking and explaining. Ive been doing SarahBeth Yoga. (Consider a voiceover?) Hpope that helps. Thanks

    Thanks Dean! My side glutes (name?) was SO. SORE. For days after this! Literally way more than leg day. I feel so challenged! Im going to do it 3x this week. I love how detailed the pose explanations are... I realized my previous downward dogs were so passive... the ACTIVE ones have me shaking when engaged properly! Wow. Thanks again. New favorite channel!

    This kicked my butt! Most poses are Bikram-like but so much more intense with (informed) sustained muscle engagement. I'm going to sleep well!
