- If I could only leave one video behind me after my time on this earth, I would choose this one. Because I believe that every human on this earth can at least find one message in this video that goes right through their barriers and reaches the soul.
This video contains everything that I've ever wished to share and give through my videos/music/art.
It opens our hearts and give us space to heal. Because it makes us understand that we are not alone in this world. We are not as different from each other that we might think.
Together we have the power to create a more loving, peaceful world through compassion and understanding. And watching this video at least make me feel like a wave of hope and light.
I've cried rivers while editing this video. Just working on this video has been like a healing journey for me. I feel so deeply grateful in a way that I could never express in words.

I am 28 weeks pregnant and this video popped up. When i realized what this video was i put it on my belly for my son. He now knows from people all across the world how special and loved he is, to never give up. Spread kindness and he is special. This video is really what every mother wants their children to know and feel. I am going to play this for him all the time even after he is born. He is going to know how loved and special he is.

My son passed away last two weeks ago. As a mother its probably the hardest thing to deal with. The hurt I felt most was knowing that no matter what I said to him or how much love I gave him he didn't comprehend his uniqueness and his value in this life by just being. Jonna this is the most important video of love and acceptance of being. I know my tears will never go away but will diminish with time. Thank you and these lovely people for sharing their uniqueness and love expressions as a gift to the world. Can you imagine a world where every soul knows they are gifts themselves? I dream of it.

Jonna, I’m a 14 year old girl living in Scotland and am having a difficult time. I have been having panic attacks daily and am struggling to keep going. This video made me see how much joy and love there is in the world and how we have to cherish the things we have and people that are involved in our lives. I wanted to be a part of this video and share my message with the world, but did not want to be featured online. But my message for everyone would be this:
You are worth enough. You are capable of doing the things that you don’t think are possible. So get up. And enjoy the small things in life. The smell of warm espresso. But I'm at a point in my life, to want to connect with the world, and hear wisdom from kids and the elderly, and a lot of it really resonated, even though I already knew these pearls of wisdom already in my life. But I think many people need to hear these affirmations in the world right now; if that is not you, then no biggie. :)
@@kucsifritin8176 we get raised up and told by many people that having an open, kind heart is weak and cringy and that it's not honest. So it's not weird, it's what society has told you your whole life. This video however just shows one thing: humans actually want peace, happiness, freedom and love. And theose people were brave enough to show their faces and thoughts even though they could get attacked for it by a few. Those few are driven by hate and they would do everything to destroy the beauty of good hearts. If you cringe don't worry, try to take think about it in a different way. It's a process. :)

I cried buckets watching all these lovely people with beautiful hearts smiling out from my screen and hearing their comforting and encouraging words. I had to take breaks while watching this to cry, because I didn’t want to miss a single person or any of their words ❤ thank you all for the love, the kindness, and the wisdom you’ve shared ❤ I believe I can speak for myself and anyone else that your messages were deeply needed and so very appreciated. I missed my chance to send something in myself, but if anyone reads this, the message I would add is this: forgive yourself. For any failings (real or imagined), for any regrets. Holding onto those things just holds onto pain, and can make you miss out on the joy and freedom that you can find by moving forward and by accepting that you’re only human-we make mistakes and we learn, and we go on to better days ❤ just forgive yourself, and know that you absolutely deserve it.

My 12 year old daughter and I watched this together and we both cried. It was so healing to see messages of hope, wisdom, and encouragement when so often we only get bad news or are told to be fearful of each other. I could not ask for a better antidote to that for myself and my children. We will treasure this video and keep it close to our hearts forever.
I intended to watch this while having breakfast, but just ended up crying into my porridge. And then I kept crying. This is so beautiful, it gives me so much hope. It's weird how it makes me feel so connected to people all over the world, people I've never met---not even just the many wonderful people who speak in this video, because the magical thing this video does is to remind us that EVERYONE carries these stories and overflowing hearts.

I watched this video at 4.00 am while having an anxiety attack. My whole body was shaking and I couldn’t stop myself from those horrible thoughts that lingered through my mind. *Not sure how many will see this* , but if I can tell 4M people one thing is to hug your parents and cherish them. You have no clue how many people would give up the world to just see their parents phone call pop up on their phone one more time.
Right there with you.. we only feel what they mean to us after they’re gone, and it’s the most painful feeling. But if I can try and sooth it a little, think this way: they loved you so much, they would not want you hurting so long in longing after them… I also learned that they did not actually die, the soul lives on and one day you will see them again❤️
