@@validxlI've only had it for a week, but this is the one. I've bought six chairs in the last few months, just to return them. This one's a keeper.
I love the huge arm rests and thick seat. It's like a La-Z-Boy on wheels. I also really like the pump-up lumbar support. It's way better than many other lumbar support options on chairs. I didn't think I'd like it, but it's very similar to a vehicle's air bag in the back of the seat.
The only dislikes would be the wheels, which I mentioned in the email. Mine suck and lock and drag, but I knew I'd want to upgrade them to the rubber rollerblade style anyway. They just roll better. The other thing I wish is that it reclined back a bit further.
