Spray foam is such a great option! I wonder if the temperature was fluctuating a bit at the end, or maybe you were putting a bit too much on in one spot before letting it cure? We used the frothpak 650 kits from amazon and really liked the results. 👍🙂
Jeff and Darcy I just watched Homesteady and they used a spray insulation and it ruined the taste of their whole cow. I hope you don’t have this problem! Maybe just test it with a cheap pack of meat and cook it to make sure it is good.
Building a walk in cooler at my shop, and was interested in spray foam. This manufacturer specifically states that they only recommend going two inches deep - after that it loses its fire rating. In your setting that may not be an issue.

Yes i saw that. I specifically asked the company about anything like that happening and they said it shouldn't. Hopefully that is the case
