Thank you guys so much for joining me on this amazing journey! 💜 I'm going to miss Elijah Shepard a whole lot 🥲 As promised at the end of the video, this pinned comment is my final thoughts. I plan to post a tier list video of character rankings later on so I will leave my favourite characters out of this and upload separately. Like I said at the end of this, if I had to rank the games I would go 1. ME1 2. ME3 3. ME2. I think what I loved about ME1 the most was the exploration side of it and the looting/selling of guns and items. The negative I would have for ME2 and ME3 was that there was a lot less free roam exploration and looting/selling/equipment. The newness of ME1 and the overall story was looking back my favourite also. In terms of ME3, I have to say my favourite mission aside from the finale was the Citadel DLC or the Leviathan DLC. I loved them both for different reasons. LOVED that we had Kaidan back in this one too (as you all probably know) and James was along for most of the ride with me which I loved. Kaidan's romance was great, definitely on par with my Dragon Age Origins romance, though not quite up there with my DA2 or DAI romance if I had to compare. Still, what a great pairing and I think him and Elijah fit perfect together. The slow burn and realisation of feelings in ME3 was very well done. Shepard himself I preferred in the third game I have to say. I really think his personality and dialogue shinned in ME3 especially. I'm going to miss him sooo much. The final mission was amazing, really emotional (as you saw) and I thought closed off the series perfectly. Up there with the Suicide Mission. Actually, I think I prefer Priority Earth to the Suicide Mission. There were no missions I really disliked in this, other than the Kai Leng character and Brooks as well. Those weren't my favourite editions of people... I think that's all my thoughts for now, let me know if i've missed anything and i'll answer in the comments. Lola I think everyone hates Kai Leng for what happens to Thane and as for Brooks (in my book) she is an easily forget able character. Lola I would say try reading the Mass Effect comics and Novels but hold off on the ME:A Novels until after you play the game (since one of the Books is the story about expletive deleted sorry can't say why without spoiling something about ME:A😅 you will just have to wait until after you finish ME:A). My favorite Mission isn't really a mission per se it's more of having fun and it's the Arena in the Citadel DLC (I know I hated having to do the multiplayer but that was because it was pain to have to play multiplayer to get the Perfect Destroy Ending which has Shepard taking a breath before the credits). I'd have to say Ash has the most over all character growth out of the Mass Effect Romanced characters (I would say Kelly but she is more of a need to romance if you don't want to feed your fish all the time and want them in ME3). Lola you will have to hold of on giving us your thoughts on Vehicles until after you start ME:A (sorry more spoilers). Another ME:A Spoiler: I hope you like costuming your characters😁😁.
I want to say people also hate Kai Leng because he's like... if you gave a 14 year-old angsty kid free reign to design a bad guy in this universe, that's what they've would've come up with. I cringe in my seat every time he shows up. He feels incredibly out of place. Andromeda will be interesting. In terms of overall game design, Andromeda to Mass Effect is like what Inquisition was to Dragon Age. It opens things up quite a bit... so if you liked ME1 for the more openness of it and exploration and all of that, that side of Andromeda might be appealing. The actual plot, story, and the characters on the other hand... I mean it's not the worst game of all time, but coming off of the trilogy and then trying to compare the two, Andromeda's got no chance.
@@Jinzo9988 Yes, he does feel out of place 🤣 Dragon Age Inquisition is my all time favourite video game, if there's a lot of misc side quests and things in Andromeda, it's definitely up my alley.
Quarians lost the Geth that were helping them too, destroy kills the geth and quarians still have to live in masks. it was your play through congrats Synthesis isn't as bad as everyone thinks, it's another level of evolution.
Yeah, it was a shame with the sacrifices I had to make. Another level of evolution sounds very mysterious/unknown to me, at least with the Destroy ending it was final and the Reapers were ended once and for all.
It is one possible path of evolution that the brat has chosen. Remember what Legion said - accepting one solution blinds you to alternative ways of achieving the same end. Also, this version of synthesis feels very violating, ripping everyone's genes apart and implanting reaper nanites without their consent.
Congrats on finishing this amazing trilogy! Btw I also always go for the “perfect” destroy ending because it’s the one that makes more sense to me. And yes, in this version of the destroy ending(and only in this one) Shepard survives
Congrats on finishing the trilogy and welcome to the post-Mass-Effect depression phase that we all went through. Only got into Mass Effect about 3 years ago, when I decided to play the Legendary Edition, but it has since become my favourite series of all time - actively on my 8th playthrough since then. Did the first one as Male Shep, and the rest as Fem Shep -- Jen Hale's voice acting is just fantastic -- with a slew of mods, including the More Gay Romances mod (opens Jack & Miranda for a romance with Fem Shep), and Fem Shep + Jack is my favourite romance in the series. They just go sooo well together.

I was watching 8 other channels at the time I discovered your channel. This number eventually dwindled to only two channels. It was nice because the other channel was a FemShep and played mostly a paragon route, and you were the opposite. So it was nice to see that contrast. The other channel finished the trilogy several months ago though. And so yours is the last one. Sadly, I haven't seen any other ME playthrough creators worth watching so this ends my whole Mass Effect journey on TH-cam. At the beginning of the game there was a child that Shepherd noticed and witnessed the death of. This was a significant event in his mind. The construct took the form of this child to make it easier on Shepherd to understand what was going on but the construct doesn't know anything about humans. That does not understand that this was traumatic for Shepherd.
There was a trend within the gaming industry of streamlining RPG elements over the course of the release of the trilogies. The same thing was happening in WoW (asmongold satirized it by playing with a super nes controller). You see it in dragon age as well. I think that's why the looting and equipment side got axed the way it did. I feel you on that ; having dope ass equipment makes you really feel like a spec ops squad. I thoroughly enjoyed all three of your ME playthroughs. You have a talent for it. I think you're gonna roast the hell out of the companions in Andromeda tho LOL some of them are.... well, you'll see I guess. Maybe you'll like them. I will watch though, I'm a fan at this point. Thanks for sharing your gameplay and thoughts for us to see.

Some forget or don’t talk to tali after rannock and her saying that the get were helping them and that eventually they would not need the suits anymore they will still wear them but won’t need
It was a good run. Congrats! You got perfect destroy so Shep survived! Or at least it's implied. He's only partially synthetic after all. Personally I pick Synthesis but I understand why people pick destroy. Andromeda isn't a direct sequel so there's like nothing about Shepard in there.

In the first version he was dead fans hated this ending so much it was changed... later he wasn't clearly dead and if you had enough points his hand pops out. The community modded a "perfect ending".
Lola Left is control middle is turn everyone into Bio-Androids and right is destroy. With the Destroy ending if your war assets score is to low you get a destroyed Earth as you destroy the Reapers. (Can't say anything you will just have to wait until you watch the N7 Teasers 😉) Lola you get the Perfect Destroy Ending with Shepard taking a breath at the very end before the credits.
Glad I got that ending and that I get to see him alive. I assume that was why Kaidan didn't put my plaque on the wall? I assume had I chosen another ending or not had enough war assets he would've put it up next to the others?
@@LolaMGames With Kaidan(Romanced character) not putting Shepard's name on the wall tells you you got the perfect Destroy Ending. But if you choose the other endings or had less than 7,800 Military Strength in the War Asset(7,800 is need to get the Perfect Destroy Ending) Kaidan (Romanced Character) would put Shepard's name on the wall (well unless you gone with the hidden ending😆).
@@LolaMGames Never not romanced anyone in ME3 but with the video's that have had Joker putting Shepard's name on the wall I can only assume that to be the case.
Lola If you had EDI it's funny to see her on the screen and see her talking (this isn't the only time you will see it just wait until ME:A😆😂). Lola the map with the missiles is another ME3 Multiplayer map(well minus the missile trucks). When you make the run for the beam to go up to the Citadel you can lose the two you have with you if the war assets is below the minimum score line need for a good ending. If you look at the bodies you will see Kaidan and Ask's ME1 armors. If you kept using Paragon or Renegade for every talk with the Illusive Man through ME3 you could have talk old Cyborg Illusive Man into pulling a Saren 😁. (The log you missed in the Cerberus HQ shows how far the Illusive Man has fallen under the Reapers control and the last one was the Illusive Man ordering his Doctors to implant him with the Cyber implants). Yes Lola you are always forced to shoot Anderson😭. If you skip the Leviathan dlc you wouldn't have gotten the dialog about the AI creators. It took the form of the kid from the nightmares so you could understand it better so you would choose the best option (but there is a theory call indoctrination Theory that basically says Shepard was being Indoctrinated throughout ME3). Lola if you remember Javik's meet up in the Citadel DLC you should remember the back ground when Sovereign's Half Brother Sluggard lands it was taken from the ending of ME3 as you run with Harbinger firing at you🤣. So you went with Red ending (Destroy Ending) vs the Green (Synthesis) and Blue (Control) endings plus hidden Ending (Lola try refusing or shooting StarChild😆). Depending on which ending you go with you will get a different slideshow (which was the extended Cut dlc which the Devs had to rush out the door because of how the endings where received). Lola you had fun on Normal it will be more fun if you tried playing on Hard or Insanity difficulty😆(Right now I'm replaying with a fresh start as a Engineer (my second favorite class) on Insanity. it's to easy to play on Insanity if you are already at max lvl🤣). Lola a small spoiler for ME:A it starts off about the same time as ME2 is taking place😁.
Just done a reaction to the Worst Playthrough of the trilogy. Surprised at some of the choices that can happen at the end 😂 Oh wow! It's a shame I missed that info on the Illusive Man. I can see that some of them might have been received poorly. I did like the end overall but I assume this wasn't necessarily the case with it's initial release. Stuck with Normal because as you saw, battle was not my forte 🤣 Currently playing BG3 on Tactician however, games with guns, i've always struggled with combat. Much better at swords/magic. Looking forward to getting into ME:A and making a new character! Thank you for all the comments and tips along the way in the trilogy.
@@LolaMGames Lola you're not good at Tactical games with guns I'll give you another small spoiler ME:A is more Tactical than the Trilogy but it's still fun once you get the hang of the combat in ME;A (but I end up sticking to the same powers in every play through). I take it you watch Big Dan's Worst Playthrough of the Trilogy😂. Lola if you ever want to play on Hard or Insanity you can always start with "Pre-Existing Career" it will let you start a new game with the credits guns armor and level you ending the game at (if it's ME2/ME3 it will use what you already did in the other game/s. But as for ME2 it will give you more mineral resources when you start a new game with a pre-existing career). Lola don't forget about James backstory Movie Paragon Lost😁.
When I got my ending first, I chose the Control Ending, because in common sense, if you kept the Collector Base intact, that is the better option to have. However, when I did my Insanity Playthrough with my Paragon MaleShep, I chose Synthesis, because I just couldn't destroy EDI...Joker deserves happiness. 🥺 Also, when I replayed the final mission, In took Garrus and Liara with me to the beam. And here is the final goodbye between my Shepard and my Bromance: Shepard: Here. Take him. Garrus: Shepard! Shepard: You've gotta get out of here. Garrus: And you have got to be kidding me... Shepard: Don't argue, Garrus. Garrus: We're in this to the end... Shepard: I need to know, if someone making out of this alive. Garrus: And you better make damn sure the same goes to you. You were always the better shot... Shepard: Not by half. Take care, Garrus. And when I got the Synthesis ending the second time, it was Kaidan, who told Joker to leave and Kaidan was also the one, who putted Shepard's name tag onto the memorial wall and shared a hug with EDI. While Garrus was my Bromance, Kaidan was my brother-in-arm. My considered brother.
@@LolaMGames Understandable. I would pick different endings too, to see each perspectives on their own. And as you saw, the High EMS allowed you to have the good ending. I hope you do the reaction video about the one video I mentioned ealier. Because the Low EMS Destroy Ending is interesting and yet sad. 😄 Gonna leave commentss about my own experiences in the future. And a small stuff about Andromeda: The protagonist in it is Ryder.
Not sure if he answered it as I cant listen to all of the star child BS. I think he took a child form just to be something you recognize or to play on your sympathies. I still have many issues with this ending and ME3 overall but it and the trilogy are still among my all time favorite games. Personally I think destroy is the best ending. Yeah it is pretty much agreed that was Shep at the end and that only happens in the Destroy ending. If you don't pick a ending then the cycle goes on. The blue is control and the red is destroy. The center was synthesis. I believe they intentionally swapped the colors and red in this case is the paragon choice. Illusive man=Renegade/Control, Anderson=Paragon/Destroy. Just my opinion of course. ME1 is also my favorite. I always felt it was due to to as you said, the newness, it being more of a RPG, and it being the 1st entry into this universe. I like MEA for similar reasons. Next would be ME3 then ME2. I just don't like how 2 and 3 switched from hard sci fi to more fantasy, plus I greatly dislike death and resurrection stuff (a cool scene though). If you play again I highly recommend using the Happy Ending Mod, its such a better ending IMO, very nice and it removes the star child. I do recommend you watch the other endings and romances, plus the scientist Salarian fan vid. Also the Gamerpoop vids if you are ok with very crude humor. I really enjoyed your play through Lola! Your reactions were great, loved the jump scare with the brutes in this one. I was happy that you read everything. I appreciated that you took the lesser used companions. I look forward to your next game. You know I recommend MEA, but also really great lore/reading/story games are both the Horizon games (Zero Dawn and Forbidden West). Thanks and take care!
Yeah, I didn't really get why this child played such an important role. I kept forgetting who it was until the dreams reminded me so I don't think they played on my sympathies very well. Would've made more sense to go for the persona of your love interest or something like that. Interesting the change in colours! The opens seemed just to open ended. My Shepard just wanted this all to be over with once and for all. Same order as me then! Interested to see how I find ME:A. Watched a lot of Gamerpoop in the past 🤣 Thank you for watching. It took the form of the kid from the nightmares so you could understand it better so you would choose the best option (but there is a theory call indoctrination Theory that basically says Shepard was being Indoctrinated throughout ME3).
Lola if you remember Javik's meet up in the Citadel DLC you should remember the back ground when Sovereign's Half Brother Sluggard lands it was taken from the ending of ME3 as you run with Harbinger firing at you🤣. So you went with Red ending (Destroy Ending) vs the Green (Synthesis) and Blue (Control) endings plus hidden Ending (Lola try refusing or shooting StarChild😆). Depending on which ending you go with you will get a different slideshow (which was the extended Cut dlc which the Devs had to rush out the door because of how the endings where received).
Lola you had fun on Normal it will be more fun if you tried playing on Hard or Insanity difficulty😆(Right now I'm replaying with a fresh start as a Engineer (my second favorite class) on Insanity. it's to easy to play on Insanity if you are already at max lvl🤣).
Lola a small spoiler for ME:A it starts off about the same time as ME2 is taking place😁.
Just done a reaction to the Worst Playthrough of the trilogy. Surprised at some of the choices that can happen at the end 😂 Oh wow! It's a shame I missed that info on the Illusive Man. I can see that some of them might have been received poorly. I did like the end overall but I assume this wasn't necessarily the case with it's initial release. Stuck with Normal because as you saw, battle was not my forte 🤣 Currently playing BG3 on Tactician however, games with guns, i've always struggled with combat. Much better at swords/magic. Looking forward to getting into ME:A and making a new character! Thank you for all the comments and tips along the way in the trilogy.
@@LolaMGames Lola you're not good at Tactical games with guns I'll give you another small spoiler ME:A is more Tactical than the Trilogy but it's still fun once you get the hang of the combat in ME;A (but I end up sticking to the same powers in every play through).
I take it you watch Big Dan's Worst Playthrough of the Trilogy😂. Lola if you ever want to play on Hard or Insanity you can always start with "Pre-Existing Career" it will let you start a new game with the credits guns armor and level you ending the game at (if it's ME2/ME3 it will use what you already did in the other game/s. But as for ME2 it will give you more mineral resources when you start a new game with a pre-existing career).
Lola don't forget about James backstory Movie Paragon Lost😁.
When I got my ending first, I chose the Control Ending, because in common sense, if you kept the Collector Base intact, that is the better option to have. However, when I did my Insanity Playthrough with my Paragon MaleShep, I chose Synthesis, because I just couldn't destroy EDI...Joker deserves happiness. 🥺
Also, when I replayed the final mission, In took Garrus and Liara with me to the beam. And here is the final goodbye between my Shepard and my Bromance:
Shepard: Here. Take him.
Garrus: Shepard!
Shepard: You've gotta get out of here.
Garrus: And you have got to be kidding me...
Shepard: Don't argue, Garrus.
Garrus: We're in this to the end...
Shepard: I need to know, if someone making out of this alive.
Garrus: And you better make damn sure the same goes to you. You were always the better shot...
Shepard: Not by half. Take care, Garrus.
And when I got the Synthesis ending the second time, it was Kaidan, who told Joker to leave and Kaidan was also the one, who putted Shepard's name tag onto the memorial wall and shared a hug with EDI. While Garrus was my Bromance, Kaidan was my brother-in-arm. My considered brother.
The control ending for me seemed to unknown, Destroy was what fit my Shepard the most I think even though he knew sacrifices would have to be made.

Understandable. I would pick different endings too, to see each perspectives on their own. And as you saw, the High EMS allowed you to have the good ending.
I hope you do the reaction video about the one video I mentioned ealier. Because the Low EMS Destroy Ending is interesting and yet sad. 😄

Not sure if he answered it as I cant listen to all of the star child BS. I think he took a child form just to be something you recognize or to play on your sympathies.
I still have many issues with this ending and ME3 overall but it and the trilogy are still among my all time favorite games. Personally I think destroy is the best ending. Yeah it is pretty much agreed that was Shep at the end and that only happens in the Destroy ending. If you don't pick a ending then the cycle goes on. The blue is control and the red is destroy. The center was synthesis. I believe they intentionally swapped the colors and red in this case is the paragon choice. Illusive man=Renegade/Control, Anderson=Paragon/Destroy. Just my opinion of course.
ME1 is also my favorite. I always felt it was due to to as you said, the newness, it being more of a RPG, and it being the 1st entry into this universe. I like MEA for similar reasons. Next would be ME3 then ME2. I just don't like how 2 and 3 switched from hard sci fi to more fantasy, plus I greatly dislike death and resurrection stuff (a cool scene though).
If you play again I highly recommend using the Happy Ending Mod, its such a better ending IMO, very nice and it removes the star child.
I do recommend you watch the other endings and romances, plus the scientist Salarian fan vid. Also the Gamerpoop vids if you are ok with very crude humor.
I really enjoyed your play through Lola! Your reactions were great, loved the jump scare with the brutes in this one. I was happy that you read everything. I appreciated that you took the lesser used companions.

Yeah, I didn't really get why this child played such an important role. I kept forgetting who it was until the dreams reminded me so I don't think they played on my sympathies very well. Would've made more sense to go for the persona of your love interest or something like that.
Interesting the change in colours! The opens seemed just to open ended. My Shepard just wanted this all to be over with once and for all.
