Hello Chef JP. I have been your fan since day one kahit late ako nagsubscribe. I appreciate how receptive and open you are to your chefs' inputs. I am sure you have developed a consistent taste sa existing dishes mo on your menus. But my worry here is that people might not see you as a chef who has a definite and sure taste. You have lots of skills and things you can brag about but you are too humble to ride your own flagship. Perhaps that is why people love you, perhaps that is why I keep on following you. And by being "somehow" submissive hindi lang ito tungkol sa kusina but also kay Ma'am Camille. You are just too nice and thoughtful about others' opinion on you. PLEASE DO NOT MIND US. KEEP LIVING THE LIFE WITH YOUR FAMILY. Cheers, Chef!
