Came back to watch this a third time. This is one of the best channels on YT, and a fantastic, engaging source of mechanical knowledge. Consistently great answers to informed questions. Keep doing what you do!
Thanks for the opportunity to contribute to your show, Andre. Great questions that I enjoyed answering, even if you can tell that I only slept a couple of hours the night before! If anyone wants to see anymore on RP968 or our other projects, please check out our website: envirage.com. Also, if you are interested in learning about race engineering or race car design check out the Race Engineering Academy at: raceengineeringacademy.com Thanks again. See you at WTAC 2016.
And the exousts come out on the midle on the v8 engine, sorry but this come to mi mind, this is a desing of a streight engine to improove the forces on comustion, bmw uses this on their inline, but with the exousts on the left as well.
Looks like a heavily modified porsche 3.0l. www.google.ca/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&ved=0ahUKEwi5pZaU1tnQAhUH44MKHSEYC90QjBwIBA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.moibbk.com%2Fimages%2Fporsche-968-engine-4.jpg&psig=AFQjCNEUiNNCh5inyzPGvZAjoyloSPGeKw&ust=1480911162373681
I honestly went on a limb thinking this car was all looks but the amount of engineering that went into this thing, man if all goes well this should be a great contender for MCA & scorch.
Interviews are great very informative however I would like to see way more of these cars in the videos with detailed close ups of their setups over the interviews.
With all that data on hand I can't imagine how hard it would be to tune a car to each specific stage. Road surfaces change all the time it's not like you dial it in once and you're done. Edit: I'd just like to be a part of the team that tunes the engine lol
I'm not sure but I'm thinking this is the guy I need for abduct to build my 968 sounds like be could make all the killer mods nobody makes for these bad ass cars

Awsome Car! you haven't talked about the engine, is that a left cylinder head out of a V8 engine?

Wow, wow, wow. I’m speechless. Very impressed. Now, how do I compete without that technology?
Check out the rules for Club Class. That is where you want to be to do that =) - Taz.

I am so glad I found this channel, maybe you have some technique on 3.3 air cooled Metzger motor for a 930
This is just mental!

Hi, what is the simulation program?
Great interview, as always!
Thanks for the upload
This thing is basically a prototype now, I wonder if there's a single part on the car that's original 968 or made by Porsche lol
